I’ve spent my life hearing stories about the Pre late 70s and 80s generation and it’s hard for kids today to realise how big a club Wednesday were on that famous day .For us it was like hearing we beat Man Utd etc

It was always a dumb idea to tie up with Merch Labs ,why poke the bear like that?
That being said ,it’s pretty clear that Roberts has no idea if fan culture and how fans interact with the club.Lets face facts barely any good slogans or T shirts come from official sources or designers.They come from the terrace and fans joking among themselves mostly.Once clubs and T shirt merchants get involved you get the awfully earnest tortured ones that just scan badly on Hoodies.Also without supporters groups they’d have no old badge to protect as it was a fan that redesigned it from old photos.
Let’s never forget their attempt to replicate Get a Grip Ref
