Complaining about what has happened and having to accept it to still be included in the playoffs are two different things awaywego. You’d hardly expect them to refuse the playoffs would you? If they are set to make a complaint, as it’s being reported, it’s hardly the ‘good story’ you sarcastically pointed out is usual on here. The only thing MKI has got wrong is that it appears to be pending rather than happened yet

So dust off your old footy boots – you might be needed!
Hill is not the answer. I don’t know who is, but along with the key change of club ownership needed, I just don’t see Hill turning the tide. Just my opinion.

Good players give Scunthorpe United a wide berth. We now end up with the bottom of the barrel, not only lacking talent but possessing bad attitudes too it seems. Don’t have much hope for next season. Grim times indeed.

‘Respect to the Irons’
Absolutely. The Hammers have had a great season.

Martin Fry bought me a bottle of Holstein Pils in the green room bar at Tyne Tees TV Studios.
Why did he do that and why were you there NI? Were they performing on The Tube or summerts? Were you an ABC groupie back in the day? Think we deserve the truth, no matter how sordid.
‘He has continually said that he will give the ground back, and he has reiterated that again via the forum.’
Biggest laugh I’ve had all week. Thanks!

Just teasing Siderite :)

We’ll see. Naysayers duly logged for future reference 😆
Watch him flourish once he leaves our cesspit, I tells ye!
Have no fear shrimp, once he leaves us he’s bound to flourish. A lot do, and some fans say it’s because the club is rotten to the core. Some of our own even say we have the worst supporters in the country and that players are driven out. If Rory joins you I can guarantee his quality of life will improve. And he’ll save some shots for you.
The badge on the vintage replica shirts would be good

Are you able to explain why you think it’s ironic awaywego? Might be helpful. As far as my knowledge of the use of ‘irony’ goes, I don’t think that works.

His son certainly doesn’t give supporters ‘The Look of Love’.
‘Not sure what you can read into that, but Nuttall seems to be the one who’s lost his way.’
Perfect fit for a club that’s lost it’s way?
‘Maybe I’m just fed up of race seeming to be the front and centre trigger in every issue and discussion at present.’
In hindsight, do you think that’s a wee bit more than an exaggeration Just Iron? Gleaning the threads on here over the last few weeks, this is the first time ‘race’ has entered a discussion. I understand where you stand but let’s not distort the picture further eh?

Like “any movement on the takeover?”
‘I’d give it 5mins if I were you – Swanny’s just done his latest in there’
There’s women there?!?! Don’t have a cardiac awaywego. You wouldn’t want the game held up whilst you received CPR would you.

‘Swanny’s Latest’. Conjures up a comedy image involving him and a toilet

‘9 goals in 20 games on loan at Brigg!’
No disrespect to Counties footy NI, but having watched a fair bit recently, there’s a gulf of difference between levels 3/4 and 9/10. Point taken about Grant and Dagnall though 🤣
A ‘thelillisexperience’ creation I recall:

Just a thought- could it mean we’re close to going in to administration?

Which are you?
What does the future hold for SUFC?
1. None. Snorkeling upside down through the brown stuff left by Swann
2. Champions League in 5 years
There is a big difference between investment and speculation.
I suggest our absentee landlord did very little of the former and multi million pounds of the latter.
The speculation was all based on a misplaced confidence in his own judgement but he would now like his money back.
It’s not likely to end well for Mr Swann or for the Iron.
That’s what I’m talking about 👍

How about a protest about the lack of protests?

He could have launched a fleet of hot air balloons and a multinational fertiliser company from his utterings alone.

Nothing wrong with a little overspending, or additional investment, if it’s executed professionally via a good owner, a good team of staff behind it, sound strategy, etc, but not overspending on the scale we did, with none of the other bits involved necessary to be successful, and some blind target of getting us in the Championship. We need some investment over and above a household economy type budget or we’re National League or worse for an indefinite period.
Was ‘Big Hair’ a Fans64 creation? Thought it was one of ‘the ref’s’?
