Trump obviously perceives DiSantis to be a real thorn in his side given his threat to expose some shit on him. Threats, bullying and gobshiting: he’d make an ideal cabinet minister.

‘But Williamson added in his resignation letter “I recognise these are becoming a distraction for the good work this government is doing”.’

Top gag for a parting shot. Is he off in to stand up comedy?

It’s a classic case by a large contingent of the religious (in this case ‘Christians’) of manipulating and distorting religion to exert control.

Less deflection, more about those wholesome caring Tories:

‘A senior civil servant claims Gavin Williamson told them to “slit your throat” in what they felt was a sustained campaign of bullying while he was defence secretary.

The Ministry of Defence official told the Guardian Williamson made the extraordinary remarks in front of other civil servants in a meeting, and on a separate occasion told them to “jump out of the window”.’

When is Hancock arriving in the jungle to spew more shame on the Party?

Blame someone else and double down: it’s the Tory way.

This supposed evidence being removed – we had a long spell of misinformation and disinformation NOT being removed. I give you Phin, Big J and Alcy’s film club!

Any forum posters want to tell me what’s caring and what’s Christian about this? Shameful. No other words for it.

‘I would like posters to think before they post as the site has become noticeably less busy as fabrication of all things SUFC has increased’

Okay, two off the bat for sixes out the ground: 64 / Fans64 criticising Starmer and Blair, and Bloody Rubbish Iron / Siderite criticising Corbyn. Not just once either. Plenty of times. Next!

Sunak wasting no time with the U-turns-same old Tories:

“There is no long-term prosperity without action on climate change. There is no energy security without investing in renewables. That is why I will attend Cop27 next week: to deliver on Glasgow’s legacy of building a secure and sustainable future.”

What a dick! Of course he should be going. Should never have weaseled out in the first place. What’s laughable is, we’re constantly told by our resident Tory boy how renewables and the drive to net zero are to blame for high energy costs, the PM looks like he acquiesces but caves in from pressure within his own Party. They haven’t got a scooby what they’re doing from one day to the next. Just when you thought the farce couldn’t get more farcical!

    From somewhere on t’internet…

‘A straw man fallacy occurs when someone takes another person’s argument or point, distorts it or exaggerates it in some kind of extreme way, and then attacks the extreme distortion, as if that is really the claim the first person is making.’

To each other? To observers, others? You’re a former shop steward, surely you understand the importance of it, in the face of adversity as opposed to discord and division? I’m not saying it’s easy and of course supporters have different views about the club’s situation, but it’s not going to help criticising fellow fans about being understandably frustrated, moaning, and jumping to conclusions when there’s little info coming out of the club.

Topical? Maybe. I’m not a fan of this type of muzak at all but I actually love this track. Takes me back to a time and place and almost reduces me to tears. If a chorus could be deemed world class, this is it.

    Gotta laugh at this though:

‘Andy Drummond, deputy chairman of the West Suffolk Conservative Association, said he was looking forward to seeing Mr Hancock “eating a kangaroo’s penis”.’

What say you Bucks? Up for a bit of that mate? 🤣

It doesn’t take away the concern by many under the circumstances, and there are far more questioning it on Twitter and Facebook than on Bru, so it’s pretty pointless misdirecting and restricting your ire to this forum. It’s detrimental to he bandying ‘sad numpty’s’ around at this point in the club’s plight, when it might be more helpful and welcome to show a bit of understanding and unity.

Really? A fair number on social media claiming staff were paid late. Mike White tweeted about looking in to it. Either they were paid late or they weren’t. If the former, it doesn’t bode well under the circumstances. Unless it was a mere administrative error? Pretty rare nowadays though for an organisation this size, wouldn’t you say? Unless there are cash flow issues? Not so much shock and awe, more questions than answers.

Seems perfectly reasonable to look in to it as racially motivated. Typical of Farage to use it as an opportunity to criticise the ‘hard left’. Good to see he’s got his priorities right.
