A special day that will live long in the memory.

I apologise to those that missed the Unity walk as it left early. The crowd was far larger than anticipated and began moving together before the scheduled depart time.

Doncaster road was a sea of claret and blue. It really was a sight to behold. Noise, colour, laugher; young and old mixing together, just how it should be without a hint of trouble.

Many thanks to the Iron Trust, humberside police and the club for giving their blessing and support. Along with the Iron hour podcast and Iron bru for promoting it and playing a pivotal role in unifying the fanbase.

We’ll be back bickering about the catering and formations next week. But today was a good day, a special day.

United we stand, forever and always.

Scrappy performance, much improvement to be made. Little did it matter today, 3 points and a superb atmosphere.

Not seen so many smiles on faces in a long time, almost felt like an end of season promotion party.

We’ve got our club back, now we need our ground.

I have a family member who bought into the scheme. They were fully aware of the risks and have accepted their loss and will continue to buy season tickets in the future to support the new board.

I understand not everyone will be able to afford that and as 64 states, delicacy and common sense will be needed on both sides

Sounds like there is plenty more to come out. People are now choosing to ignore the damage he’s done which is their decision. However, He’s finally gone and that’s a win for everyone who cares about the club.

I echo the thanks to IB. You certainly have an axe to grind with Hilton and I hope you continue to shine a light on the misery he causes elsewhere.

I’ve yet to see public condemnation of Hilton from Elliot, that worries me.

Herbert should be banned for throwing Aidan’s phone alone. Karma is a wonderful thing though, and In all honesty I don’t think the fans will forget his part played in this.

What like Swann spending to try and make the championship again. And Hilton doing similar this season. And both getting pissed off at fans berating them at every twist and turn to a stage where they both stop funding altogether.

Berating him for good reason, I’m embarrassed I didn’t do it sooner the fraudster.

The actions from Scunny fans since the bannings has made me so proud to be an Iron fan. The fundraiser and this has shown so much good from the fanbase. We aren’t going to die without a fight.

Be great to see you, and many others there off this forum.

Even Stuart Maw appears to be finally have seen the light with Wham. Not a nice video to watch tbh, the bloke is visibly shaken.

The impact of this club folding will be devastating.

The club statement confirmed that the consortium has recently passed on buying.

It is over, and the club is cooked.

    Another lie.

The actions, statements and interactions he’s had on Facebook today have revealed his true character. Somehow we’ve ended up with worse than Swann.

The only comfort I take is that their name(s) will forever be mud in the history books and that will be their true legacy.

Hasn’t being the case at other clubs why should it be at ours.

Fortunately his version doesn’t appear to be gaining traction and the lads are rightly getting support.

Hopefully they both have their bans rescinded swiftly as Dave Green did his today.

It’s been pointed out to him both personally and on numerous platforms that no Scunthorpe fan posted the information personally, but was a screenshot containing a post from an alleged Bury fan on the Grimsby forum. The post was then rightly removed by the mods on here.

He chooses to ignore this information for what reason is his own.

It’s a great idea. Lincoln City fans saved their Club and I didn’t knoow that Exeter fans own their club.
Of course though Lincoln and Exeter are cities and I guess they have a bigger intake of supporters.
We need the Councils, both local and North Lincolnshire, on board with local businesses, to help the Iron Trust and supporters to save our Club.

As I said, we have friends at NLC who want the best for SUFC.

Additionally, When Sharp/Elliot had their bid accepted last year, plenty of local businesses offered their services for free to help tidy it up.

    Good proposal.

The devil is in the detail but we have friends in the council and the local community will rally round.

People held a grudge against the Bru lads after they gave Swann a platform on their podcasts, probably best not to make the same mistake with these.

Even more so with fans being threatened this time.

Most of it about the club and Most of it factual.

Looking at the response so far this week and the uptake in Iron trust memberships, I’d say a fair few of us give us a shit.
