I never saw Beck play before he joined us – didn’t need to… stats don’t lie.

I hope I’m wrong. Hopefully you can all ridicule me at seasons end. I just want ‘better’ for our club.

Ok, a lot of these were “game management” minutes – disrupting the tempo of a game late on.

Good luck to the lad. I do wish him well.
But, we need better quality than this to get out of this league in a positive direction.

If he was a shaker & a mover… then he would have already played for their first team.

I understand where you are coming from Rene, and he probably won’t be the best signing AB’s made this summer, but if having him in the building makes Danny Whitehall believe that his place is not a given, then those moments in a game when he just can’t be arsed may well become fewer. If he scores zero goals in his time here with us, but DW gets 27 I’ll be happy!
