Forget that, just got a “live” button, sorry.
Well let’s see if you’re right.
Making room in the budget? If the club’s statement that no improved offer had been received it “could” indicate that Nuttall received some encouragement to move.
Another three days before it’s confirmed at our end??
Another communication disaster.“BBC Humberside Sport Retweeted

Scunthorpe United have said that an improved offer hasn’t been made by Oldham Athletic for Joe Nuttall. @SUFCOfficial
say the striker isn’t interested in moving to Boundary Park. #Iron #UTI #BBCFootball @HumbersideSport”Hard to know who or what to believe these days!!

Good to know he’s been outstanding at a level he’ll likely be playing next season.
We had 2 LBs on the bench last week so surely he won’t be used there!!Well I’m only keeping 9 so 11 new ones would be a bare minimum.

Also Henderson who gets a lot of negative vibes on here was excellent and took his goal very well.
I admit to being a serious Henderson critic but agree he took his goal well. My problem is with his overall contribution which, apart from a couple of positive runs, appeared to consist of taking command of the centre circle whilst waving his arms instructing team mates to pass backwards. Never saw him put in a tackle, sorry if I missed it.
It’s likely they’ll get three, I’m not sure we will.
Could agree with most of that Ironawe, but changes should be immediate, the new owners should know by now who they want as manager so go get him and let him build for the following season in NLN.
But the new owners are not the new owners yet are they?

London mob £8m, local boys £6m. Given a choice who would you sell to?
Personally I thought Henderson was immense for England last match, what a leader on the pitch, much better captain material then Kane IMO but I appreciate he me not get the nod every time whereas Kane is a shoo-in if fit, despite not scoring yet at this tournament.
I don’t get this Henderson thing, I wouldn’t give him a game for The Iron. He taps it backwards 90% of the time and gives it away every time he goes forwards. Seldom gets out of a trot and cleverly puts an oppositon player between himself and the teammate in possession to avoid having to get involved in the play. Can’t deny his vocal ability though.

He might have left last month, when was the last time we heard from him?
I was kidding les, I don’t have any teeth.
Try and keep warm Sir Oti the ambulance is on its way, eta, three days. Well it is an emergency after all.
His SOS initials seem appropriate.
Can’t find any in Tesco, which aisle is it on?
But without any polish.
Why does nt he organise a question and answer session for example ?
My guess is that he would be unable to answer any of the questions that we really want answered.
just seen the lowlights, penalty looked a very poor decision and surely Nuttall was entitled to go for that ball.
Am I biased or was the ref. a bit of a homer? I reckon both decisions would have been different had they occured at the other end.2 users thanked author for this post.
Don’t panic, this weeks selected player will be along shortly to say all the right things.
We know what we have to do.
We’ve talked about it.
Training has been excellent.
We’re not getting the luck.
A lapse of concentration cost us.
We’re looking forward to the next game.
We’re just not good enough. (OK that was me)
The ref was sh1te. (and that)1 user thanked author for this post.
“We were selling players for a million not long ago, never mind a quarter of a million quid!”
I remember Hooper but remind me of the other players.
But maybe if he’d been playing for Hurst? Could have been us with a 6 figure player not the Cods?

“Sacked and rightly so.”
I don’t think so!! Brought in some good players.
The Headless Chicken Songo’o and the perma-crock Nthle? Abo Eisa was a gem before he threw his toys out of the pram.
McAtee? Gillead?
“Sacked and rightly so.”
I don’t think so!! Brought in some good players. Daring to challenge the overlords seemed to be his only ‘fault’.

Group One race horses ain’t cheap.
He doesn’t have any.
I think our pessimism comes from looking at the plenty of points we’ve already played for.
Yes there are other modes of getting there, chartered flights can be booked from Humberside Airport to London Airport, apart from having to watch Daws team set up for 5-3-1-2 it would be a nice day out for the fans.
[/quote]With that lineup plus a keeper we might nick a point.
