” funds should have been built up already”
No im not joining yet I’ll join when they get moving on buying the ground though, lead and I will follow.
How do you think the Trust build up funds apart from subscriptions?

Don’t know who any of them are. Lots of donations ‘anon’ are you sure they’re not amongst them? It’s voluntary and, personally, I don’t think this is necessary.

The trust have got shite because they haven’t been seen enough over the last couple of years when some leadership was needed, funds should have been built up already, I want them to step up we all want them to step up
Have you joined yet?
question .. the gate receipts for todays Buxton game where will they go?
.. im hoping not one penny finds its way to Hilton it should go to paying staff , players etc
They were / are my thoughts too.
Is it better to not go and to donate whatever you would spend getting to / watching / at the game to the fundraiser?
Could be tricky as he’s still the owner. Will the remaining board members have the authority?
Disappointed not to see a few Prem. players/managers putting a days wages in.

Give him a small profit on his £3 and let him go.
After all, if he’s not putting any money in he serves no purpose does he?1 user thanked author for this post.
You’ve reassured me – I’m in.

I just worry that, when the money is given to the Club, the owner could be the one who decides where it will go. Presumably tax & NI will be due and we don’t have a great recent record in dealing with that.
Today’s fundraiser to help unpaid staff is a really encouraging sign that things may be moving in the background.
Don’t wish to be negative Jon but I could be described as a cynical old b*****d. (I’ve become increasingly so over recent years following The Iron)
Can you be sure which pockets the funds raised will go in to?Any point in sueing a club with no money and already heavily in debt? They’ll be lucky to get 1p in the £
Agree with what Tony Gosling said about Swann being a position to allow the club to stay at GP. No idea how realistic that is but hope he’ll listen to someone he respects and do the right thing.
Finding somebody Swann respects could be the most difficult task.
Everything having to be paid in CASH was a big red flag and preempting yesterday.
Much less of a ‘paper trail’ I suppose?
No point, nobody deserving of any toxicity will be there.

It seems that what Bru posters see as scepticism and criticism is interpreted as hate. (Unless the hate comes from other places that I don’t go?)
Banned from what/where? Facebook, GP? Link doesn’t work for me. Will those ITK please put meat on the bones for those of us who aren’t.
Started to dig, found a body and had to stop. No, sorry that’s on TV.

So we are told:-
Swann wants to sell the stadium.
Hilton has the money to buy it. (above)
Swann won’t sell to Hilton. (above)
Something not quite right here unless I’m misunderstanding the situation.1 user thanked author for this post.
Two questions:-
Is the content worthy of release on the OWS so we can all read it?
Do we know they’re definitely the chairman’s words?Well done to all concerned in allowing this man into our club
you are all club killers in my eyesApart from Peter Swann who are the “all” you are referring to?

Including us.

Could barely hear the commentator in between breaks. Strangely the ex-player was much clearer than the “professional” broadcaster.
I hope matt doesn’t take up the offer
Keep your friends close and …………!!
II = IE = Apollo 11? A bit like Doctor Who.
Apollo 13 might have been more appropriate? Two “expert summarisers” in a row lost to management. Max Bell next?

Based on what I heard there was more than one that didn’t get involved very much.
Did Max Bell’s fee comprise free entry and 10p per word?September 19, 2023 at 6:39 pm in reply to: 14/09/23 – County Court Judgement – £2,091.00 – Case No. 434MC529 #272733If you’ve pasted a Twitter link from RH CT, I assume you’ve seen some of the abuse and threats received by genuine supporters who have asked a lot of questions and raised concerns since April / May onwards?
No Deerey, I don’t do SM. It was intended to show my disdain for RH and their priorities as I see them.

after it emerged the club has been served with a winding-up petition.
It’s been issued by Intelligent Protection Management Group – we have also approached them for comment. So that’s what it takes to get RH interested in United?

The similarity between IB’s posts and the journo’s revelations is interesting.

We didn’t fill the bench AA we don’t have a second 11.
We ain’t got 22 fit players?
All out on loan or injured then?Where’s Cribb? Good enough to play in L2 two years ago, now not good enough for the bench in a NLN team. Can’t have regressed that much surely. Is he injured? Has he gone?
