Maybe 2 out and 2 in next week according to AB. Brogan & Eze didn’t make the squad today so look likely candidates, dare we hope that Beck is one? Looks like we made a mistake with Eze if he’s not in the 18 when JB, Rose & Boyce are out, can we terminate?
Certainly passed a few in the race to be Whitehalls understudy. Cracking debut and deserved goal.
Still trying to work out why he came on. Only 50/50 for the game and we have another on Wednesday. We were well in control and took an unnecessary risk IMO.

Yes, same as yours. I like Brogan but, it seems, AB doesn’t.
Truro away form:
P4 L4 GS1 GA9 GD-8 Pts0
3-0 maybe 4-0 home win.FGR hadn’t conceded at home – it took us 2 minutes.
How long will it take Truro to double their total of away goals?I can see us with a few 0s.
I agree with most of that. Carlton for TSF maybe but I fear Beck might get the start.
Beck is main striker now for a month oh dear
Where’s your info from AFUF?
12 games last night NL vs Prem U21s
Results – NL 10 Prem U21s 2What are we doing wrong?
TSF should have signed the offer and he would be a league regular.
Whose place would he be taking?
Have a feeling it’s bad news regarding the Whitehall injury and he’s being brought in as cover.
No news on Whitehall but at least we know today is the birthday of Steveland Angus and Andy Keeley. Also Richie Ward who appears to have passed me by.

I’ve just read the match report on the FGR website. Savage made subs on 45 (2), 58,72 and 81. I thought there were only 3 “opportunities” to make substitutions, didn’t we play a man short recently for a short time because we’d used our 3?
Sods Law – the bloke that came on fourth scored the equaliser.
Can any rules expert clarify please. My response 18 minutes before your post? What happened there? Have I a previously undiscovered talent for seeing the future?
Bang goes your “I’m always right” reputation. (Again)
However your large spoon is still working.Hope it’s Savage!!

You’re not the only one waiting (on a different matter) for a reply from the club.
Surely AI is smarter than that?
A point would be a good return – but let’s not go aiming for one.

Looks to have been compiled from second hand information and written by somebody who’s never been north of London and certainly not to Shrewsbury or wherever the other place is. “Is it by the sea?”
Top reporting from the local Barnet Times :-
“In highly unusual circumstances, the decision was taken by referee Declan Bourne to end the match in the 78th minute after Nkrumah collided in mid-air with a Scunthorpe defender before a lengthy stoppage in play as the Stones forward received treatment.”
Wrong on 2 counts.And:-
“After a sustained period of both possession and chances for Wealdstone, Shrewsbury found themselves back on level terms at the 30-minute mark thanks to a sensational volleyed effort from Alfie Beestin, whose shot flew past Dante Baptiste from outside the box.”
Oh dear. You’d hope our squad players would be trying to impress.
Do the NL (committee or whatever) only meet every month? I can understand the Eastleigh situation might require some discussion but Wealdstone looks pretty straightforward. Discussions re penalties can take place later. Are they totally unaware of how these delays affect our suspended players and therefore the club?
‘tie Ewing up on a long term deal- superb player for the level.’
Literally purring when he’s on the ball. A delight to watchSaid this a couple of weeks ago, well worth repeating hoping that somebody that counts reads it and acts. Come on AB and/or BoD.
“With 62% of the vote, Oli Ewing has been voted as your player of the month for August!”
Come on!! How much more do you need to see? Extended contract PLEASE!

Game time for Brogan, Eze, Chadwick, Dawson, Gjoshe, Beck, Horton, Carlton, maybe even Butler? Loan keeper and a couple of OOC trialists with the possibility of 20 minutes from the odd regular should be OK.

You should have been stood with the Wealdstone fan, might have changed your mind. He had a much better view than DAZN and the ref.
One of their fans was bleating on about 100% foul and penalty (for the challenge where he popped his shoulder).
Well he would have had an exceptionally good view of the incident from his position in the ground wouldn’t he?

Right age but a Southern Softie so no.
(I wish I had played at that level but I was Sunday league Division 6!)1 user thanked author for this post.
I was in goal and was beaten from the opponents half. Windy, wet and many other excuses that escape me now. Very lucky Keith Robinson, never a shot more a hoofed clearance.
I too was impressed by JB, the first time I’ve seen more than a few minutes. Chadwick less so (much less). I’ve not seen a replay of the incident and, like SST, I’m not sure I want too, however my impression at the time was that the Eastleigh player made little or no attempt to play the ball and it was a red card offence. (maybe I’m biased?) Any thoughts?
