Cant believe your stance there Apollo you’ve been so adamant that every little drop of money should go to the club for the benefit of the club, and yet your prepared to keep Barrows for a further year.
Cant afford freeloaders no matter what sentiments you might feel for him, so come the who we keep and who we let go we risk keeping Ross and let a perfectly fit guy go nagh.Better it all comes from the hosses mouth than the backdoor 64, Danny and Merch
labs soon spread their news not exactly easy to keep people informed if only them that it’s affecting, no fly’s on them when it comes to wanting ticket sales for the spenny game mind different priorities I guess, common courtesy and respect is all that’s required from a so called professional outfit.
Ps. Wouldn’t be a bad idea now and again to run things by the fans they might get things right for once.1 user thanked author for this post.
Alan Knill and the squirrel.
Seriously though they would sell well.
More like 11hrs in and no announcement on the new kit manufacturer or why the club online shop is still shut.
And no announcement on why they got rid of merch labs at such short notice and from what we can see by letter and not a face to face meeting. And the manager? One of best pitches to play football on and he leaves Fadera sub again, can understand it at home on our beach but not yesterday, anti football is the way.
One year in this division was disgusting for us 2 years was disastrous 3 years would be unforgivable.
Made my mind up a bit ago that I shan’t be renewing my season ticket (you feel has though you’ve got to go if you have one) so mainly away for me depending on how they’re doing, would still have gone yesterday but seen what I saw, so no Kings Lynn and very doubtful for Hereford.
I know there’s always that pull but people are questioning cost, time v reward more now especially away.
Still nothing that a promotion would do to help.Oh dear IFA, normally in a 4 team league like the world cup it’s important you don’t lose your first game hope that’s not inbred in him that a draw would be good result.
Unbelievable maybe but you know its true when coming to Butlers thoughts.
What in reality would that point have done for us? 4 games left to play win 3 lose one and kiddie win 3 draw one is the only scenario that a point yeterday would help us has most folks would see.
Maybe it’ll focus Butler and the players minds that to win games to have to get the ball in the box and create chances cos has showed yesterday one chance for them and we were toast.
Total mare yesterday for all on the trains and then the tram, 7.08 cancelled for the early birds 8.08 an hour late suppose most on the 9.08 got that one but was also 20 mins late, 10.08 which we were on 40 mins late to start with kicked off at Sheffield no driver to take the train on to Liverpool, packed us on to a northern that stopped at every diddly dong station going (very pretty route though) finally arriving at Manchester Piccadilly 1hr 30 Late got to the ground at 2.55.
Fans go through everything supporting the team it would have been nice for them to have turned up and supported us.
It’s what we do warts and all.3 users thanked author for this post.
Total mare yesterday for all on the trains and trams, first set of lads
Utter shit show today MK got it about right, couldn’t name a man of the match there wasn’t one.
Though I can’t say a well deserved win for them.
When that elusive goal was needed cos Whitehall wasn’t there no where to be seen, one shot in the second half ffs, seen that game so many times this year.Glad we lost instead of drawing couldn’t face a Butler interview with him creaming in his pants saying if you dont concede you at least get a point. It would really have been a piss poor point.
Probably the best pitch we’ve played on all season maybe sign their groundsman.
What a great chance to almost put the title in the bag today with Kiddie drawing and yet again we don’t turn up, to slow to repetitive no desire.
Should really be bringing Finn back but that wouldn’t be fair on him with Wembley beckoning, and if he’s any sense he’ll try and stay there next year.
Unless we’re winning the bench looks week.2 users thanked author for this post.
April 5, 2025 at 9:23 am in reply to: Has Whitehall Played His Last Game For The Iron – Yes or No #301745Hope your right Ironawe, just hope when we need that elusive goal in a game we can find it.
Surely if they leave the club at the moment they know there’s no money to repay their loans otherwise they wouldn’t have needed to give said loans in the first place.
Could liquidate the club but there’s still no assets to sell.
Would just have to wait a wee bit.April 5, 2025 at 8:54 am in reply to: Has Whitehall Played His Last Game For The Iron – Yes or No #301732Maybe.
If only.
Gonna be an hard sell for them if we don’t go up, blame will probably aimed at the club rather than Butler.
Promotion is essential more than ever now imo.Sharp and Roberts wouldn’t be welcome in the Dre again, dont think it will be to long before they’re not welcome anywhere in the ground.
Cant say this season but every time I went in for tickets last season there were always 4 in the shop, I remarked about it at the time.
So that says full-time to me.There’s one good thing to come out of it, and that’s i don’t get criticism for slagging Ian not so Sharp off anymore.

Lol.
That’s it siderite, it would be a show of strength leaving them diddly dongs in charge.
Would go down great at the next home game if they showed up.Surely it can’t carry on like this.
Ps, did everyone notice how many were working in the club shop who were thanked 4 yes 4.
How can a NLN team run with that ffs. Cut the cloth for where we are.No thanks Rene.
About time two showed some balls and resign from the board then.
Their treatment of people is beyond contempt.
Still Cass will be along soon telling us about how the board are still doing wonders.
Not good PR, not a good luck, don’t they realize that other companies can see all their dirty washing, hardly a “come and invest and support us” but then again shouldn’t think their bothered.

I was warned for the use of the “C” word and I used ***
Moderators must be more consistent, not that I mind the use of it.Two new investors are neither use nor ornament unless they put their money in as donations instead of loans, and they’re hardly likely to do that when others are loaning.
And that’s taking for granted that board members are prepared to dilute their shareholding (the 4 of them own 80% of shares)
Hostile takeover needed imo.I praise the club when they get things right, which I’m sure you’ll agree it hasn’t been many times this season.
“Person of power” please tell me who brought him in, wouldn’t be that board who are working wonders would it.
Going back to Cass’s “The board have done wonders” What have they really done other than get the government to stump up most of the money for the ground.
Cant think of any other action they’ve taken that comes across positively.Dont expect anything from Michelle, shes more or less said it’s as far as she can go in monetary terms and time.
Sharp and George appears to be just like most other owners who want their money back.
So sell up and give someone else ago.So yes I’ll take that distant billionaire and run that risk.
If nothing else this last week has shown the board are floundering.
See the season out and hope you’ve achieved promotion, then put the club up for sale.
