And nothing to do with the non playing staff wages! The man head hunted from Hull KR, a new CEO, restaurant staff, and all them in the ticket office that was only going to open one day a week, and not forgetting Head of partnership Glynn Sparks.

Nah its the high players wages lol.

    Needing £65k loans every month.

Especially when most of you wanted sustainability.

Obviously the FA didn’t see any wrong in what you say happened here.

Just goes to show the grass isn’t always greener when you force someone out!

I will help them by turning up at Buxton when we play them, shame their fans haven’t while being there.

They’ve now moved the warm up to the edge of the last one hence 6 new patches being ploughed up, not the brightest idea they’ve had it’s making it worse.

To me for once they seem to have done something good in training with him, and agree with all the criticisms but he did good yesterday and im happy with that for now.

Put another way he did better for the team getting his chance when Whitehall is out than Elliot ever did.

Could you back up why you say 100 people joining the trust would be better than giving unity the money Deerey.
It now appears to be the opposite if the trust has only bought 50 shares.

Excluding the Xmas party and funding away travel surely you can see the unity group are putting more money into the club than the trust.

Maybe a time for reflection on the issue by quite a few who have been bulling up the effectiveness of the trust and its shares. Cant see the power that Apollo seems to think they have or could have 50 shares aren’t going to influence the board they look pretty toothless to me.

Cant imagine me handing my £10 over to them anytime soon lol.

No they are shareholder number 562 you just read it wrong Ironking.

Like i say Surely must be wrong but if it isn’t then serious questions should be asked of the trust on wtf.

You’ll find it by typing “Scunthorpe united Accounts” government site comes up then second one down on filing history.

Enjoyable game though boro were poor.

Personally thought it was Becks best game since the rylands game had a few good knock downs especially the one to Beestin in the first minute.
Don’t think it would have counted anyway ref ended up giving them a free kick outside the box on the left, any ideas why anybody?
Great to see Carlton finally get off the mark, all in all it’s another 3 points onwards and upwards.

All part of this thread Ironking people on here suggested the unity group purchase shares instead of what they do.

Didn’t know yo had to be a member of the trust to show an interest in what it does, would beger the question in that case what is this thread all about questioning the unity group, just a lazy reply Ironking.

Is really £11.240 able to purchase 50 shares or should that have read £11.24p?

No wonder i missed them I didn’t look at any holding with less than a thousand shares lol.

50 is that some kind of joke? Surely it must be wrong.

Just gone through the latest shareholders list and can’t see any held by the iron trust unless I’ve missed them (there were 52 pages)

Anyone any idea under which name they go under on that list.

Got has much optimism going into this game as I did going to the away fixture, the only thing this time is we do have a forward in the team, whether after the game we’ll be saying we need to go sign another forward (loanee) time will tell.

Looks like York are open to letting Mo Fadera stay till the end of the season, with call back if required. They expect a big club coming in for him in the future, don’t think their far wrong either.

At least it expels the myth that he wasn’t allowed to play at an higher level because of his hooligan conviction.

Roberts at times playing like Butterfield at the end of last season starts at one corner of the box ending up having not moved forward an inch and doesn’t get a shot or decent pass away.
In his defense he’s always got 2 or 3 opposition players to beat, needs to get a shot or pass away much quicker. Class player and you always feel there’s a goal in him even when he has the occasional pure game.

We’re not a pub Rene they open 7 days a week 10+ hours a day, need heating at times ours won’t so much more profit to be made.
From what teams charge our fans for tinnies at matches never seen one below £4.50 it’s easy profit. Just the same that they could making if they opened up one or two in the ground at the moment.

Looking ominous for our 3 pts and a +6 goal difference and mi train tickets for the game at Buxton easy come easy go. I guess.

Mainly bar takings in the beginning obviously a small entrance fee £10 ish and like I said start small and build up. Club can Ill afford to take many risks of which a stadium gig most of us to think is a no go.

Hope your being sarcastic there Deerey we were absolutely shite once Whitehall went off, but your not are you!

Who was it said they could coach something into Beck well I don’t know what they do all week cause he ain’t learning tell him to hold it up like Whitehall and not head everything all the time.

Got out of jail to be honest probably the best side I’ve seen us come up against their number7 gave Rose the run around worth taking a look for next season if he’d come.

Piss poor defending again for their goal mind.

Excellent point in the end that was no where deserved onwards and upwards.

    “Outside the box thinking”
Gated Bike nights or weekends both bars open, restaurant, camping on training pitch couple of Rock tribute bands, trade stands, food outlets, bike jumble. All without using the stadium at all.
Same with the Scooter’s sub Mod bands instead
Caravan club weekend (and before you laugh they had one at Brumby hall which was well attended).
    Start small and build up.

All good points. So you should now see the futility of the trust buying shares other than their giving money to the club.
