So unprofessional when will they ever learn.
Shouldn’t be a choice for the keeper the manager must insist on it, we had no choice on what we could and couldn’t wear on the steelworks. what role does mussie play in all this very little imo.

Said before poor management not making the goalie take a cap out when there’s a low setting sun, told Rory before the match at Sutton in 2022 didn’t take any notice then begged for a cap from a fan during the first half, doesn’t appear to have learned if that was the case yesterday.
Worst one I saw was at Barnsley can’t remember who was in goal but just didn’t see the ball at all when they scored bugger me he to then got a cap from the crowd.

Not sure on that, he’s seen the NL cup games which hasn’t worked.
Needed a stronger line up from the start which I wanted in the first post.
But credit for not being stubborn and doing the big change at halftime, hopefully another lesson learned, and I can see he has learned overall and I am liking that.

Take it seriously from the off maybe another time, the NL cup is showing that the second string isn’t good enough well a least to start games, thought it was a NL cup game with 3 subs at halftime
    Hope he’s seen that to.
    Any localish team away please.

Not that serious Deerey by the showing of the first half fans are saying we don’t look interested.

But they crucially didn’t Deerey, and surely treating another team with respect is to play your strongest team possible.
Or maybe Butler thought he had which would be concerning or he’s started targeting games already.

    What like last Saturday?

The Mark Hughes team talk, they think we’re shite, they think they don’t need to play their top 2 goalscorers, nuff said.

They could but I hope he doesn’t rest them this time, could do to be in that shop window again against a league side just to show we haven’t disappeared.

Was Beck there last night on the periphery I doubt it.
Whitehall more often is, seen the supporters bus off when injured at times, if he’s there for them he’s there for the team as well, did commentating at Buxton obviously when injured and made himself available for the fans to have a crack with, hardly a player you see who wouldn’t fit in the dressing room..
And finally he chose twice to play for us that’s the kind of player every manager wants in there team, not like everybody’s heroes Haysy who continually buggered off for the money, clearly Danny loves the fans and the club despite having dicks that pull him down like 64.

Just try and resist a bit harder Deerey, you’ve done 12 posts on the first 2 threads lol.
And you even started this thread , “one duff protest to much”
And maybe your one of the main reasons for kickback continually harking on about it.
There’s no hiding from what fans have seen at games it hasn’t been an illusion, I’d stick with Maison when we can he appears to be lucky for us if nothing else.

More money needed for the wage increase it will involve.
But from what I’ve seen and heard well deserved.

Blame him in the main for relegation from the NL, going so we’ll beat Yeovil playing Maidenhead off the park for 20 mins he misses a golden opportunity from an header, next thing we know we’re bloody 3-0 down, Goals and chances change games and fortunes and that knocked the stuffing out of us and we never recovered all season.
His goals hardly counted for anything.

Can’t imagine we’ll come up against any team that will have benched their 2 highest scoring forwards, this season next season or any season for that matter, unless it’s in a cup competition.

Was deemed fit enough to play more than 45mins so I assume he was fit and could have been subbed as per norm on 60/70 mins if needed.
Been on the front foot from the off this season with his team selection but not yesterday, a gift to Carlisle imo, whatever it certainly didn’t work I hope you agree.

Leaving both your top goalscorers on the bench would have been a boost to Carlisle in the first place.
Whitehall should always be first on the team sheet now Fitz has gone and nothing he’s done this season and previous would suggest otherwise.
Don’t know what extra money we got for the TV game but only 700 Carlisle cost the club £20,000 plus, filled every away allocation up till yesterday even at York for the night match very disappointing.

Of course people were right, the football they were watching was shite in the main and never really improved all season, remember one game being lauded on that was the new year game against Kings Lynn, any others where we were outstanding?
Scrapped over the line to achieve promotion against Chester where we were second best for more than half the game, but over that line Butler took us and all credit for that and his place in history.

This season in an higher league like chalk and cheese, already seen at least 6/7 games like the Kings Lynn game.
Butler’s doing good and many of us who wanted him out now look forward to watching and there’s nothing wrong in that it’s not everyone has that chip on their shoulder that can’t be removed with the likes of 64 with his, some of us want all our players to do well and always have for that matter.

Let’s face it CBRP the away games over the last 2 seasons have been mediocre at best, glad at last the team are putting performances in worthy going to watch the footy rather than just treating it as a good day out with friends and just happening to see a football match.
Don’t get me wrong getting out of that shite league was all important last season, but going to games now and watching a performance where it doesn’t matter much (well not at the moment, here’s hoping) is so much better.
Goes without saying I wasn’t convinced with Butler promotion or not, but hey he’s doing a great job this season and all credit to him.

Shan’t be there myself on another holiday, 5 of my family will be however, maybe not bad thing can’t remember winning there when I’ve been.
Remember leaving at half time when losing 3-0 at the old ground and was back in scunny as the game finished.
Hope everyone has an enjoyable night unlike the Carlisle fans who also rocked up in numbers.

Well after all that we never had a chance of meeting Quorn they gracefully conceded their tie against Enfield after the game suspended in the 81st min due to serious injury, losing 5-1 at the time mind.
Nice to see a bit of true sportsmanship still in the game, and a touch of realism plus cost to the club and team as well.

Anyway bugger it I’ll just have to watch Quornation street with me Quorn cocktail crisps instead.

Just seen Fitz played today for Northampton and got man of the match, so I guess that’s out of the window for the York game.
