Forest green sack the manager with Scunny next game up and having not won in 6, he must be gutted.

They move kick off times and days to suit Sky and other broadcasters at the inconvenience of fans, so no big deal at least you have an opportunity to watch both.

11 clean sheets would say otherwise about the defenders Charlie. And what concerns you about the debt ,are we any different to other clubs, I must be missing something please explain.

If someone had just showed respect to the death of Prince Philip nothing would have been said, but no someone has to bring race into the conservation, for once I totally agree with BJ. Ps, who are the forums racist faction?

The teenager who died in pond his mother straight away brings the race card out blaming police for not acting as quick as would have been for a white child, instead she should be questioning herself to see if she could have done anything to prevent his death.

Don’t know what would achieve anything, but I think we can all admit the knee gesture isn’t working. If anything there’s been more abuse on social media since it started. Today’s silence will be a one off and deserved, just as the knee should have been.

Don’t think I know the guy personally, but will make every effort to go down and pay my respects hope many others do to. He’s one of our own.

No Ironawe I got the big point, just we do get far more points from Torquay than Grimsby which is really what all teams are out to achieve. Personally I would love to play Grimsby every week just for the atmosphere, and years ago the aggro, now there’s one thing we were better than them at, But footballing wise I would be more than happy to see Torquay swap places with Grimsby next season.

The club gave them plenty of time Deerey, sorry should have made it clearer. Has for players not flourishing here,we could say the same about many we acquired Hayes and Hooper to name but 2.

We gave Godden and Wootton 5years to make it and they didn’t, both had loan spells elsewhere, 5 years of wages for very little return. And don’t forget how tolerant Scunny fans are, we give everybody a chance to prove themselves “Not” Ivan Toney was disliked by many and was never forgiven for trying to take that penalty which Morris went on to miss, the same season fans wanted rid of Alexander and Swanny did get rid.

Not to long to wait to see if fans will return, The world championship snooker final will play to a potential capacity audience on the 8th of may. A venue with no Aircon and packed in close together, obviously some won’t return but get a attacking side and people will.

Torquay 15 lge wins Scunthorpe 31, Grimsby 22 lge wins Scunthorpe 12. Ive only seen Scunny win 3 lge games since 1970, no Fa cup or lge cup win in the 7 attempts I’ve seen. Points make prizes not the buzz of playing the cods, Scunny Grimsby is for the hooligans Quite a few fans even give the Scunny cod game a miss due to the hooliganism. So its not a really big loss to us, plus iam sure many will be happy Swanny won’t get as much revenue comparing games.

Yes your moaning to much BS, Hopper had 3 full seasons and scored 8,5,7 in those seasons,Wotton 11goals in 5 seasons, didn’t start scoring decently till he went to non lge notts county. So at the moment Loft will do for me.

Who knows how many he would have scored if Cox had sent the team out with intent. Imo all good teams get the defence sorted first, and I give a big tick to Cox for that, but next year we need to see more attacking play if he is to get the fans onboard.

You must have walked round with your eyes and ears closed for the past 69 years BS,every season players are not offered new or reduced contracts, and which player has said he doesn’t want to be here, just because a player isn’t playing as well doesn’t mean they don’t want to be here, they get paid wether they play well or not. Have I enjoyed this season??? Well I haven’t seen any games so can’t really say, but the last year has really been trying for us all I’m sure, but will look forward to every game I attend next year, the game is only a small part of watching scunny, seems like you go by yourself to footy why not go with Winterton iron you’ll be made more than welcome and have more of a day out.

When talking about “we” or “we’ve”, are we really meaning Swanny, so easy to spend other people’s money.

Nice to see a post from a scunny fan earning post of the week on fishy forum, can’t agree with the sentiment though, has much it’s nice to have rivalry they mostly come out on top, haven’t even won against them in the fa or League cup, so if they achieve non League status again I will rejoice in it.

Players are a bit like insurance once up for renewal most choose somewhere else. Some would let Eisa go and say no big loss others would say he is one of our better players. Kev has only played a cameo role this season so do we try to keep him on big bucks or do we move on?.
