Surely Ian and Simons professional reputations stand well above Swanny if he had any to start off with after spitting his dummy out with Gainsborough, the betting revelations, why would things change.

How many times have you been refused to purchase something when you’ve been prepared to pay the asking price? Me never but like I’ve said before I refused to sell when I thought the other person had been taken the piss and have suggested Swanny might have done the same who knows. I understand once you’ve picked a side it’s natural to defend your stance but doesn’t mean your any more right than me or others on how we’ve seen it play out, Ps there’s no NDA in place to stop Ian and Simon saying we’re pulling out because we feel we’re being messed about.

Can’t the trust choose to suspend standing orders and get a meeting called?

And after all that they have said they’ve done nothing’s had an effect, “we need to support and help our club” how? people have been looking for direction from the trust and that’s all we get, support the protest, get the trust down shut if that’s what happens, make a bloody stand.

As a gambler goes is record is not to bad, bet 20 million but only lost 4 million most people would be happy at only losing 20% of there stake over time.

Beggars can’t be choosers, if they’ve got the money they will do, his records not great but no one goes into buying a football club to make it a failure, if he comes in and sells at a profit in a few years I will wish him well.

Maybe British steel will put 5 million in from the 300 million the government are near to funding them, the Tories certainly like Scunthorpe, big thanks to Holly Mumby for her tireless work for the uk steel industry without it there would have been hundreds of redundancies announced today, let’s hope the deal goes through, unlike the football’s.

The only thing we do know from a reliable source SST that it was Ian and Simon moving the goalposts. We don’t know about swanny, looks like their waiting in the wings still maybe left their bid on the table or waiting for admin and pick it up on the cheap.

Imo it makes it even worse for them that did, they didn’t want to give money to the club while swann was in charge and you know that was the case.

Not being negative when you hand money over and it goes somewhere other than where you expected it to go.

Yes thanks Ian and Simon for getting everyone’s hopes up on Dec 1st heading up to scunny that evening to finalize it,thanks for letting fans buy half season tickets on the back of what you allowed fans to believe when in reality you didn’t put a bid in till January, thank you, thank you thank you. I do hope they are going to do the decent thing and pay the wages till a serious buyer comes in, if you love the club that much I think you owe the fans that much. Certainly a much cheaper option for you than buying.
