I reckon the reason Butterfield was less effective in the second half of the season was that opposition managers had sussed him out. Or more likely Dean’s reliance on him as the kingpin of the team.
Disappointing we couldn’t keep hold of him but if this is an indication that Butler’s managerial style is not going to be the same as Dean’s then it could be a positive.
I think we all knew that we really needed to bounce straight back at the first attempt. We didn’t, and unfortunately this is what happens when you don’t!

Still got a SUFC T-shirt with a “pastiche” Heineken logo, and another mimicking the Calvin Klein one. Both bought from the club shop.
Then there was the guy who did “The North is Ace” plagiarism.

Mixed feelings on this one.
As a member of the European Movement I got an email from Michael Heseltine demanding the subject be part of the main parties’ election manifestos.
Personally I think it could be a distraction. The main objective should be getting rid of the Tory sludge.

If you don’t enjoy watching the likes of De Bruyne, Haarland and Foden plying their trade then there’s something wrong with you!

Are you suggesting the full stop isn’t something or that it has no meaning? Thought you was/were a teacher!
If you look closely at the full stop you’ll see it as a square. A circle overlaying a square. Shades of Da Vinci’s Vitruvian Man.
