Or Bobby Grant
Is Damien Henderson still available.
regarding January Vader it depends were you are in the league.
I bow to your superior knowledge Mick, wasn’t Staffy on it at all?.
not to my knowledge, I didn’t know John Staff until after we moved to Glanford Park, though I did sit in the Cantilever Stand for a couple of seasons before we moved, whether he did then I don’t know.
Bernard Webster ran the Programme Shop.
August 11, 2021 at 12:52 pm in reply to: At what point do we consider the manager is the problem? #211772He does seem to say in the Summer we want to play a certain formation, but when it comes to serious competition he reverts to another formation that doesn’t work.

was we after Amond?
and league 1 would get a bigger share than 2 I expect.
where does the figure £1.7 million come from, I haven’t seen anywhere were the club have mentioned the amount, I am not disputing it is wrong but never seen the amount mentioned anywhere officially.

regarding Duran-Duran he has been completely out of favor after being blamed for Salford’s injury time winner here last season.
He isn’t fit from that bad hamstring injury from last season, not sure whether he had surgery.
The only thing is if we go behind you may as well go home, switch the radio off, switch Twitter or Facebook off or any other media devices.
What is up with Hallam
Maybe extra cover for our keeper.

you get a different view from the other side but most goals he concedes are from cross shots whether he could have saved them or not.
Read it again Ferrite, I said his weakness was cross shots like the second goal which 75% beat him, it was DarrynStampGoalMachine who said his weakness was parrying shots straight back to the forward instead of away from goal

You had a lucky escape by the second half performance.

And also Darryn he was beaten by a cross shot for the second goal, his weaknesses.
So the keeper standings are Billson 0 from 0.5 games, Watson 3 from 0.5 games.Alcy, Swindon have some quality players and I expect they will be challenging near the top at the end of the season.
Very disappointing performance especially second half, ref gave us very little apart from the penalty, Rory whether his fault or not concedes 3 more and 1 a cross shot which is his weak link though obviously the penalty wasn’t his fault, very disappointed with the response after they equalised and we only had one decent effort, the thing that continued from last season was low possession and spending a lot of time in our area second half, it was a awful performance and needs these 4 extra players pronto
I used to go to watch the Gingerbreads when I broke my arm in the late 60s with Tony Farmer their centre half and they played a number of midweek games, I liked to go to their old London Road ground.
He was on here a couple of weeks ago
I remember waiting near the gate at Millwall after Gary Hooper gave us a 2-1 win and a young fellow giving the Millwall fans grief as they walked past and thought I hope for god’s sake I hope them lot aren’t waiting at the station for a punch up, but luckily they didn’t.
The one I was thinking about was a stocky lad with a striped shirt on and was straight behind the goal, also didn’t one of our players pre game hit one in the stand behind the goal and it rebounded and hit Wack on the bonce.
funniest thing I saw was at Winterton in a pre season friendly, I think it was Ben May but maybe someone will correct me, hit a shot at goal in the warm up and it flew over the bar and hit the clubhouse wall and rebounded on a Scunny fans hand coming outside with a pint of beer and knocking the beer straight out of his hand.
not necessarily.
