Not quite the same though is it JI, you would try and protect your family from the intruders but you wouldn’t then go round to all their relations houses taking vengeance on as many as you could find. Well perhaps if you were an Israeli you would but you’d know more about that then me.

…care about the facts when it suits your agenda, is that what you mean? You know I value your opinion.

…your responses to Gurney are as patronising as usual when he asks you for honest answers.

IA I have to say that when you get out of your depth ..you’re like a child.

…and your response is so hilariously predictable and as usual arrogant.

I wonder what JI makes of it.
    The lesser of two evils?

He won’t care his support of Israel is unconditional, God will have told him it’s the right thing to do. True faith is unconditional aswell apparently.

Funny thing is the Brexit duo of Johnson and Farage plus the convert Truss all rushed over to fawn over the convicted felon this week in the USA and he won’t have noticed them, even after the pictures.

I’d have been killed long before the Crusades JI, non believers were given short shrift back then and dispatched pretty quickly but you as a Christian would have felt hugely compromised, I’m guessing you’d have followed the wishes of your King, him being a direct link to the King of Kings and all that jizz, sorry I mean jazz.

You’d have been in them if your King commanded you or maybe your a conscientious objector in which case back in the 11th century you’d have been hung. If you or your family were being threatened would you turn the other cheek like Christ preached or would you kill to protect which breaks a commandment? Tough call religion, good job myths and legends remain just that. Anyhow how many is enough before the killing stops? ,as many as it takes? as long until we prevail? What is the Christian answer?

The Crusades came after the gospel didn’t they so there a result of Christians acting on their beliefs which I reckon have to do with a guy called Jesus and his dad God. All wars are terrible but religious wars are stupid aswell as terrible because they are to do with a gospel based on unproven facts.

King Richard saw nothing wrong in killing Muslims in the name of Christianity, even if it meant going thousands of miles away to a foreign land to do it. Praise the Lord.

Used to enjoy the Friday night games back in the sixties, 7.15 KO to help the night shift workers at the steelworks, Cassidy,Heath, Keegan, Kerr performing under the lights absolutely magic. Don’t forget the sky’s going orange/ red when Lysaghts slag ladles were being tipped, often coincided with a home goal going in.

Also …. What’s up with you?

According to Harry Redknapp (interview yesterday) it’s an easy job if you’ve got decent players at your disposal. Not sure how he’d know having not done it himself.

Think Harry meant it’s easy money, particularly if it’s paid cash in a large brown envelope.

Yep best of luck Gareth, eight years is probably about right to be in charge, did not win either of his finals but leaves the England set up in its strongest position for years to kick on with a new manager in charge. Keep it English FA, how about Eddie Howe?, bright young progessive manager likes to play attacking football.

They say Trump has rewritten his speech for the GOP convention ( does he really write them ? ) and will take a more conciliatory tone rather than attack the Democrats . Amazing how nearly getting your head blown off after years of spouting bile can change a person

If they are training with us already then it’s not such a big deal but they need to be involved in pre season action pretty dam quick and decisions made ASAP.

At times it was more 4-3-2-1 and Bellingham often drifted out wide left,I believe they talk a lot about systems then during a game they just judge the play and do want they like, can’t say Spain played with a rigid formation either, they know when to press and they know when to hold that appears to be the difference .Think a lot of playing systems are over hyped by the ” experts”.

Hang onto that thought Awaywego it might be our only highpoint in International football for the next 58 years

No, good intelligence could lead to Israeli small hit squads operating in pockets of Gaza where the Hamas leaders would have been identified and taken out not mass bombing in civilian safe areas where you suspect leaders of Hamas may be hiding. It’s simply not good enough to portray the latest Israeli action as justified IMO. You will probably come back and say you don’t think it’s justified and so on it goes you have your view I don’t share but you are perfectly entitled to on here which is why we have a discussion forum in the first place.
