AB has just shown the traits of what he is, a young inexperienced manager working alongside a guy who you would suspect should know better. Interesting second half of the season to come and I am hoping the next two home games will show us improving as AB finally begins to get it, players good enogh IMO.

There are still a lot of people off work till Jan 2nd and the away win at Peterborough Sports will have raised morale amongst the fans but the home form is dire and I think around 4000 will be about it IMO.

The club will do what the club will do, if we sell Roberts and don’t get promoted the fans will have a choice to make next season. After what went on when people rallied round the club some 14 months ago I’d be surprised if said fans would let it slip away so easily due to lack of promotion in one season but if that’s their choice, so be it.

I’m sure if he goes the usual “not standing in the players way” routine will be trotted out alongside the more recent ” helping the club become more self sufficient within an affordable wage structure””. Good players have come and gone before and we have survived ok, having no club to support is something we haven’t encountered yet and hopefully never will.

The pitch was incorrectly laid in the first place pre season, I doubt Michelle or AB had any part of that, let’s keep the Butler and Board bashing within reasonable boundaries please.

The pitch wasn’t properly laid pre season by a company that made a balls up, it was a sponsorship deal I believe but Butler discussed the pitch not being ready properly or up to the required standard before a ball was kicked on it this season. It’s one thing we can’t blame the management team for but we can blame the board for not addressing the situation in the first place.

Butler needs to put Roberts on one wing with Carlton on the other and just give Beck a chance with proper service from wide areas into the box to show what he can do. It’s not Becks fault we aren’t scoring it’s not anybody’s fault but the managers for not utilizing his squad properly IMO.
