Because the poverty surrounding the masses world wide means they need to cling desperately to something and therefore are an easy target for religion. Biblical snake oil salesman that sold a story and the poor today still fall for it. Loaves and fishes anyone?

Unbelievable in 2022 that a fairy story from 2000 years ago can control so many modern day minds. That’s what I find weird NI.

When you are a desperatate narcissist you will do anything to be proven right and in this case cling on to power, always find it strange that our crop of right wingers on here never say a word against Trump, then again not surprised really.

Will be interesting to see how the mid terms work out for the Republicans after this ruling, traditionally the party running the White House lose seats in the Congress and Senate but some current opinion polling in the USA suggest there will be a backlash from the voters and Democrats could win enough seats particularly in the Senate to get some of their agenda through in their last two years in office before the next Presidential election. This of course would be beneficial to the country as the Republicans tend to block most attempted progress by the White House in tit for tat politics. Never have agreed with the two Senators per State rule in the US, how can that be a fair and honest way to represent the population when the State demographics are way out?

All excellent young players uti, who fitted nicely into a well balanced squad with an experienced spine and experienced players on the bench. We need experienced players then the talented younger ones can fit in better.

He doesn’t believe though bill and as usual you won’t grasp another’s point of view or opinion. People won’t change just because you present the same rhetoric again and again, it’s called freedom of choice and like the women of the USA you should recognise the fact that they have a right to choose for them and their bodies over a religious backed narrative which is what the Supreme Court will use as a defense for their actions. 70% is a huge majority disagreeing with you and the Supreme Court on this subject.

Unsurprising the christian response and I understand their thinking because of their religous beliefs and also their saviour Jesus came about as a result of forced conception.

Fifty years of progress destroyed by 6 conservative right wing members of the Supreme Court, thank goodness some states will not endorse it. Puts women’s rights back to the stone age and takes no account of victims of rape, incest or women raped and beaten on a daily basis inside abusive relationships. 70% Of Americans don’t want it and the women who are left with unwanted pregnancies will get no state help. Trump made the Supreme Court a right wing majority during his Presidency and this is a result of his well documented misogyny.

Agree about Nuttall and a nippy striker but Hallam actually playing a series of games, well it would be nice because he’s a great number 10 when fit but Tom he is never bloody fit.

Well if the club does get sold then maybe the owner has a clause in the sale he can still build those flats he’s banged on about for three years or more and use some of the sale cash to help build them. Seems a bit fanciful but business does move in mysterious ways sometimes.

Joe Bunney bombed at Grimsby, saw him play for Rochdale against us a few seasons back, not impressed. Send him back to the carrot patch.

Well at least the old Rochdale teams under Keith would give an opposition team a proper game, the last three seasons non of our teams have or only very occasionally.

So A B C D and E are going to be some of the players we may or may not sign, wonderful. I note one is a former player who I remnember being no great shakes first time around at full back but he apparently has long term injury problems which restrict his appearances. Sounds like he’s a definite signing then.

Grant and Pugh both released, Bunn turned down new contract and as for Jarvis playing up top, imagine something different, he got the bullet too. Nice day for a post though.

Ground included as I was told, not sure about any future flat building but most of us think that’s a joke anyway but you never know the money from the sale may be put into helping fund the famous or infamous flat building project.
