Do not give this loon your email addresses ,we saw what Hilton’s fans/associates did with people’s information when he was in charge. It’s sad that the people who supported this liability are still around spewing their crap and even being feted in the boardroom. I’d also question why someone who sold the club is punting around what he claims to be club accounts information that doesn’t belong to him, shouldn’t it have stayed with the business he sold?

Where does all that leave people like Gareth who does a great job with Iron Army, has he an appropriate licence?, I presume he has the club’s permission to film inside and around the ground but there are loads of you tube vlogs for a huge amount of football clubs run every week in this country, where do they all stand legally?
I imagine that most clubs, SUFC included, turn something of a blind eye to this stuff – the rules around equipment, and the fact that their supporters take photos, videos, whatever (ie. it’s the nature of modern life). However, in the case of these crowd photos I suspect they’ll draw a line and ask the person taking and publishing them to stop because they are intrusive.

Hilton’s scheme was misleading from the beginning, he had nothing to sell yet claimed he was selling you a part of GP, it turned out you owned nothing but a share in a discount club for your £1899 and had to pay an extra quid to have a share in a business that owned the ground he didn’t own, no wonder people wanted further clarification.

As for the pics, the club owns your image in the ground and has the right to stop people using images taken in their property ,that used to be on notice boards as you entered the ground. I do know people can use your image if you’re in a specific shot they are taking in a public place ,but these seem to be taking people’s images deliberately and I’m sure would be illegal to use if outside the ground .3 users thanked author for this post.
