Sadly this reminds me of working in grim and grimy Scunny workshops in the 80s, with radio 1 compulsorily blaring out the speakers. As if the day wasn’t miserable enough, having to endure the likes of Steve Wright and Simon Bates all day. Torture.

Indeed. It’s one thing being rightfully critical, quite another claiming fellow supporters are idiots, fools and ‘living in dreamland’ if they suggested Butler is still learning, and could well come good. That’s before we get on to ‘sacking culture’.

Yeah, not a big fan of their early stuff. Love Farewell to Kings and the immense Moving Pictures though. Always seemed like decent people and Neil Peart was a very interesting chap. Huge reader and an incredible drummer. Died too young.
