Just back from Tesco’s. Two tills open on a Saturday afternoon and a ridiculously long self serve queue. Rubbish! The amount of profit they’re making and they frequently make people wait and wait to buy their overpriced goods. To say I’m annoyed is understatement.

Jean had a good game. Assured and some intelligent play and passing. Rory had a solid game with little to do. Ewing bossed the centre. Subs were impactful. Just need to find their shooting boots and address these unnecessary goals. Very encouraging.

It was a very uneasy watch on DAZN. I think they and Ollie and Torps on Humberside dealt with the situation well.

Regarding the match, thought we deserved the win based on the second half endeavours so it was frustrating to see Eastleigh get one back so soon after creating very little. Our goal seemed to ignite them in to stepping up a gear. Another goal under increased pressure. We need to start converting more of these chances we’re creating. Can’t knock the performance levels and some neat front foot play though. Much better watch than previous seasons.
