Don’t know how to post images on here but if you freeze frame the video at the point the SS player makes the pass, he’s miles onside!! Poor from Ogle.

Because he was crap and barely showed an ounce of interest.

Out on loan for the season at Southport. Scored the winner in their 1-0 win vs Hereford on the weekend.
…as we really lost 2 points on Saturday due to the ref and the red card
I’d put Fitzsimmons above those two. No way that 1st goal should be getting past him!

Not surprised we’ve gone for someone with the injuries to Beestin, Law, Clunan and Roberts. Hopefully he can hit the ground running!
Where’s he getting that nonsense from? From the horse’s mouth in the Mirror article by Aidan McCartney:
“I will pay him £10k a month in rent, which is double what the rent currently is while it goes through the lawyers.”
Spot on review of the game Cliff. Looking forward to seeing a replay of Denton’s goal…one of those you knew was flying in as soon as it left his foot!

We’ve been shocking since scoring, should be 1-1 with Rushall missing pretty much an open goal. Need to pick it up in the 2nd half for sure! UTI
Was probably too busy sat in its Mum’s basement searching for CCJ’s against Scunthorpe United F.C.
Dawson, is a Knight, is a lawyer, is on the board. Is he any good though?
Continued:
“You wouldn’t believe what we have to provide. They forced us to put 8 stewards in the Mortz stand and have 52 in total against Burton when the Mortz stand was closed and we had 1200 fans with only 32 away. If we don’t do what they say they pull the safety certificate and force us to play behind closed doors. My patience has ran out with the authority regarding these issues and it will be sorted very quickly. They can’t insist we provide as many stewards for Peterborough sports as we did against Newcastle in the championship with 9000 in and 3000 away.
Over 50 stewards today.Yes if this insist on police we have to do as they say. £21,000 was spent on stewards and policing last season at home to Oldham causing the club to literally lose money on a home fixture. How does a club stay sustainable or compete when your own local authority are insisting on such measures”

Hilton/White has confirmed we’re currently under restrictions from SAG. Taken from FB:
“We are governed by a safety certificate issued by the council which stipulates the amount of stewards and medical staff for each stand. Due to the levels of stewarding available and allocated to the DRE stand along with a large number of sales before kick off we reached the stands capacity due to the amount of stewards. We had no alternative but to offer a handful of supporters buying last minute tickets an alternate area to watch the game. Tickets are always subject to availability and I cannot risk the clubs safety certificate or being imposed with sanctions including financial. Supporters are advised to get tickets early and purchase group tickets together.
We cannot relocate stewards leaving other areas short on match day as risk assessments have to be signed off prior to match day. It was a handful of late entries only that were affected
My apologies for any inconvenience but due to a shortage of paid stewards we have to outsource extra security costing the club far more to satisfy the council. I am insistent that the local authorities and SAGS demands of our club are ludicrous and haven’t changed since the championship days. We are meeting with SAG again this week in they hope they start to understand the level we are at.
I’m hopeful that the ridiculous requirements being insisted upon by SAG that are financially crippling our club are amended imminently. There seems to be no logic or common sense.
Anybody with a ticket should have been allowed entry. Clearly my staff are falling foul of the complicated issues being forced upon us by the authority. It will stop you have my word.”

Rumour on the terrace at Tamworth was that Guiseley is the stadium fallback option, not Gainsborough.
One of our better players in pre-season, starts first game last week then gets shipped out on loan to a rival? Sorry can’t see that happening.
Maybe he’s gotten mixed up with Poulter going to Gainsborough.
If you’ve paid for something on the premise of being entered into a prize draw which then never materialises, surely the Gambling Commission may have something to say about that?

Yep I think you’re right there on both counts DSGM…remember being in the away end for Mirfs red card and it was something stupid like 10 minutes into the game!
Just a couple I can think of off the top of my head from recent memory:
Gary Hooper vs Leeds
Izzy Iriekpen vs Charlton
Jacob Butterfield vs Yeovil
Andrew Boyce vs Yeovil (2nd spell)
Ryan Loft vs Swindon
Billy Sharp vs Forest
Leon Clarke vs Sheffield United
Sam Winnall vs Mansfield
Matty Sparrow vs Mansfield (2nd spell)
KVV vs Swindon
Charlie Goode vs Burton
Josh Morris vs Bristol RoversI’ll have a lie down now…

He’s 19, same age as Cam Wilson, yet miles ahead of him in terms of the performances he’s put in for us. If he leaves in January then the likelihood we’d see a replacement come in of similar quality is slim to none!
We’re currently the only team in the league unbeaten in their last 5, but all these draws aren’t going to get us very far!
Win on Saturday and things might start to look a little healthier. 10 points from 6 games wouldn’t be too bad a return.
Yeah points away from home against bottom of the league are brilliant, especially when we’ve won once away from home in 37 or whatever it is games now. It’s going to have to be a team terrible beyond words for us to actually pick up 3 points off of them!

Will we win away from home ever again?
If we can’t beat the team bottom of the league who ship goals for fun then probably not!

1 in 2 strike rate so far this season, only 5 players in the league have scored more. His hold up play has been much better and most attacks go through him. He ain’t doing too bad for me.

Whether you like him or not, if we’re selling our top scorer less than a quarter of the way into the season to a league rival then the only take away is…shambles!

Got to back it up with a performance at Torquay. If not and we lose to bottom of the league (again!) then it’s very much back to square one!

Think I answered my own question after a bit of research….Jack Cork.
Good riddance, nepotism at its finest (despite whatever Neil Cox might tell you)!

Can he play as a left sided centre back? Taft is abysmal, he has no desire to actually defend whatsoever.
If SST’s post is true I can see it being Daws with Cox back in as assistant.
Crozzer? Why would a current League 1 assistant manager come to a sinking ship in the National League?
