Lesgeo, unless they are pre 1960 I’m afraid I cannot do anything with them, programmes from the last 60 years, with exceptions, are virtually worthless. Even Cup Finals which you can buy for next to nowt. I would be able to use any reserve games, programmes, team sheets, Lincs Cup, single sheets, ticket stubs, anything Barrie Thomas related for any club. Played well, two mistakes just after half time cost us. Left back was very good. No.6 for Man Ure was excellent. Rain was coming through the roof ! My first visit there in 50 years !! Lou Macari fish shop was closed ! Obviously didn’t expect many away fans, 720 went, not sure they all came home. UTWI

Didn’t get to the game myself but I have seen Gareth’s Podcast. Great to see a few young lads of Asian ?? background following The Iron, I know it has been said before but the club should do more to attract more of the ethnic minorities in town and surrounding villages. UTWI

I took a duster again yesterday to clean our seats, we had been in different seats against Hull City. In my opinion it is a very poor state of affairs. I listened to the Podcast the other night and Mr.Swann laughed this matter off, it matters to me Peter. UTWI

Pugh had a really good first half, Green was poor today. We were poor for a long period in the second half. There were more Scunny fans than I expected to be honest, as i know many who have not renewed their season tickets. Having said all that it was good to be back at a game with a crowd and meet up with friends ( and Misterton Mick !!)

Enjoyed it today, some good football played. Black mark to the club because of the very dirty seats, I was prewarned and took a cloth. UTWI

Iron-awe, yes it is a major factor plus the shocking performances of the team over the last few seasons. We have some at a wedding do that day too. Perhaps these new signings will improve things on the pitch ? We are still collecting ticket stubs for raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support, many thanks to whoever sent the Newcastle United ones. UTWI
