Is there anywhere that attracts a big enough fan group to discuss and bring forward opinions of fans other than trust corner, suppose Jerry and Gareth should be included.

What’s the designated fan supposed to do highjack conversations in the iron bar with people he doesn’t know.
Just think of your match experience, i go with me grandson straight in the ground, stand with the same person every week, and have a chat with ex workmate and 3 other awayday travelers, talk more about the football at the gym what do you do?

The only big get together I see is on the train where we hammer out all of football good and bad points.

But it’s not his players who have got us there Cass bar the odd cameo. And we are talking about recruitment.

Agree Deerey he’s looked handy until he gets into a scoring position, can we afford to carry a forward isn’t scoring enough.

Good listen and thanks to all who put our points across.
Just disappointing it now appears Michelle wants to talk to 3 others instead of keeping it within the recognized groups.

I’ll have no problem either cos they won’t get a penny from me.

Ever thought of just purchasing more of the club lottery tickets £10 monthly and save the club all the hassle and the cost of setting up another scheme.
There’s really no need for something else.

Way off the mark Renes suggestion is virtually a carbon copy of Chester and Darlo’s membership scheme but there they own the whole club one member one vote.
Just read Renes post again he’s on about monthly ffs Chesters £2 a month and you become an owner.

But with Renes suggestion the owners can walk away at any time.
Honestly do you really want to give the owners money after what they were intending doing. Or letting them buy another Banjo Beck lol.

By, the weekend debacle is really paying off.

No fair play to the board keeping season ticket prices the same next season well done indeed.
And there was me being cynical.

All breeds of not trusting the trust to talk to.
If the club could be just be arsed to read the objectives of the trust they would see they’re the right group of fans to talk to, their the ones on the corner every game for fans to get or put input in who else engages with fans on a regular basis.

What is up with my club when they can’t even get the simple things right.

We’ll see whether Michelle and Co are on the side of steelworkers when it comes to season ticket prices, said on Calendar that we both go hand in glove with each other time will tell.
The tickets for a tenner just trying a bit of PR not thought through as normal, highest paid workers in town but no one’s lost their job yet and won’t for at least twelve weeks. Bless em.

Accept nothing less than a fan board member, same rules someone nominated from all officially recognized supporter groups (not Bru or the scunny facebook group) and voted on one member one vote.
Well that excludes me lol but it is fair.
Looks like the board want to pick who they want hardly democratic.
So either Jerry, Stu, bound to be Sue for diversity, Tony brown, Gareth, Barra, Marco (Andy butlers claret blue army)
Bullshit exercise which was tried before and failed.
Leeds united had talks with their trust on season ticket prices then went and ignored everyone of their points and suggestions.

Johnson’s government kept the place open while in administration for a year.
Now it’s time for this government to standup and keep the blast furnaces open so we can keep the last virgin steel maker operational. or go green and let the Chinese and Indians pollute the f out of everything.
I know which stance our government will take! “bye bye blast furnaces”

Wonder what little lord fauntleroy (Dakin) will have to say not much I guess. Just the normal platitudes.
More of a reason for the club to stop trying to squeeze everything they can from their fan base.

I’ve retired now Apollo. Done my bit down the years for the community and society.

Enthusiasms for the grandkids now and taking them to away games both since the age of five now 15 and 13 respectively so lots of fantastic memories even without an ounce of success in there.
Cash wise at the moment I buy a season ticket and one for one of the grandkids (that’ll be two next season) traveling and the additional costs costs an arm and a leg, didn’t get any change out of £130 for the Farsley game alone, admittedly the club didn’t get a penny out of that, but one has choices and I’m the one that will make them if I don’t do enough to support my club then that’s tough shite I’m afraid.
Pretty sure the club in one form or another monitor the social media sites if they can’t pick up ideas from them that’s there loss, certainly the case of the lottery both sites now have pointed out the lack of promotion of it.

Takes blind faith to buy tickets without the full line up announced.

Michelle came across like someone out of a romance scam, when in reality it was the whole board who were gullible.

Like it Rene 2 more non playing staff on the pay roll.
What about players paying subs (subscriptions) to pay for the pitch and refs like local teams do.

And my club lost all total reality with what’s important to average joe.
After this lot have gone it’ll still be my club.
What’s happened since July when we were within £100,000 of being debt free to being in total shit street again losing £65,000 a month, yet you want fans to help a business that’s allowed that to happen, did fans help Swanny or Hilton out.
No of course not, many even stopped going to games while they were at the helm.

If not giving the unity group the benefit of the doubt, was Neil Wright our fan director given it lol.

Hounding him out what a grave error that turned out to be, all the more reason why fan directors are needed, all that fiasco could have been avoided with some fan input. Time for the trust to negotiate with the club for another one.

As for Gareth don’t know the guy to talk to and maybe he’s ok, but genuine! that’s questionable after getting into bed with who he did.
I’d put him and the iron hour up there with Stu. “Look at me aren’t I special”

It’s their business not mine, there the ones who’ve increased the non playing staff they decide on spend.
You can only drink from the well so many times before it runs dry and scunnys pushed that this season to the max.
Not like households aren’t struggling financially already and you expect more.

Swanny only wanted crowds of 4000 and what they bring to break even and that was in the EFL.
If we can’t break even in non league with our income something is seriously wrong.
God knows what they will be like when crowds drop a thousand or more in poorer footballing times.

Anyway good luck but count me out.

Don’t think the unity funding group given the benefit of doubt, and most of us have the best interests of the club at heart and are scunny through and through and being critical of things doesn’t change it.

No NI there are other revenue streams.

    Restaurant
    Sponsorship
    Advertising
    Match day catering
    Iron bar
    Lottery
    Half time draw
    Car parking
    Programmes
    Kids coaching days
    Shirt sales
    Merchandise

Doesn’t it make you wonder how all the other clubs are surviving in relation to us.
