Funny really a suggestion of dialogue dismissed just like that, have you thought you might learn something if you ask. Posters would like Swanny to have more dialogue with us, but like i say Cox and Lillis are there most days to talk to.

I do it all for free WG. just like to keep the site balanced. My post was an observation Deerey but still factual, i hope Swanny doesnt take any notice of what posters say on this site unless they are libeling him.

Defo not a Liverpool fan NI they got us banned from Europe and all the repercussions from Hillsborough. That was just one result i highlighted there have already been plenty of others. Covid was responsible for us having 2 players missing from games because we test and played on, kev had to wait 2 wks for is op because you have to self isolate before going into hospital, others test and then stop playing till there players are clear, others dont test at all, so yes alot of it is covid related.

But then again a lot wanted Turnbull out, and Swanny fulfilled their wishes. From what i have seen swanny seems to do the right thing on what a lot of what people want(not me) maybe just not fast enough for their liking.

No NI the depression started on the 24th of march when Alexander was sacked well before the rotherham semi final, and to think some were pleased to see him go, and you dont think covid is having any affect on results villa 7 liverpool 2 there are loads of freaky results out there. Many believe also that Hurst was getting there and starting to play the football we like. But yes the rest of the three years have been crap.

Has anyone thought of going having a word with Cox and Lillis, they train most days you know, I am sure they will engage with you, Hurst would always go out his way to have a word when we used to go down, so long as you don’t go in all guns blazing.

Mick everyone is downhearted how things are going at the moment, but a lot of it is covid related not been at the games not been able to get that frustration out when we are shite or praise when we’re good. I honestly don’t give a crap this season while we can’t attend, and were we are next season so be it, it’s a freak season this year, freak results at times for all teams, let’s not be to downbeat just look at what Harrogate and Barrow fans have missed out on, at least We’ve been there seen it done it.

Can anyone on here remember when fans wernt happy with Alexander as manager, and swanny was still the problem then, some posters said be careful what you wish for.Now Swannys biggest mistake was letting Alexander and Paddy go maybe one but not both, since then most posters have been happy with is managerial appointments well at least for a couple of weeks anyway.

Of course I can blame the fans Deery. There nepotism towards managerial appointments is behind reproach, but can’t understand why Swanny buys into it he’s not from round here and not a lifelong a scunny fan. Let’s just give Cox time.

Cox only said he wanted to play attacking football after he signed for us,before that most wanted him to get the job, he did say it might take time and maybe he’s changed his mind that’s up to him, I thought most of us expect it to be a long term effort not short term success, Hurst started the same and was starting to play the attacking game most of us want so let’s give Cox a fair crack of the whip. And Mick you will be there again next year stop talking bollocks.

Not down to me, but at the start the chief medical officer said 60%. You have to admit the first lockdown hasnt had much effect it appears it is still rife so like i say it is just going to be stop start. We know Scunny, the cods, and Orient are testing but Hull refuse to test so what does that tell you.

Shouldn’t this be telling us something? Yes. Unless we get herd immunity or a vaccine we are going to go round and round in circle, avoiding anyone and everyone.

Most people know my stance on covid and football. But without starting a new thread where do other posters stand on that there are no mandatory tests of Efl players, for Grant McCann to refuse the offer of tests for his players from West Ham after three of their personal tested positive, shouldnt there be a duty of care to your employees, Orient did the right thing but now there chairmen said he shouldnt have started testing in the first place.

I was hoping that everyone will give him two seasons in charge before people putting the boot in Ferrite,( not saying anyone is at the moment) We’ve got the man fans wanted now let him get on with it, just don’t expect an instant fix if we get one then all well and good if we don’t just roll with it. It was said that Cox had input into the signings before he became manager so let’s blame a certain person and I don’t mean Boris.
