Isn’t the under 23s classed as the reserves Ironawe? All sides used to have a reserve team until Keegan disbanded Newcastle’s, said it was his worst managerial mistake, I disagree (obviously) buying Tino Asprilla was his worst imo it upset the dynamics of the team when they were flying. Don’t think we can upset the dynamics of our team if we bring someone in during transfer window.
You know today’s result Ironawe, but we beat Harrogate 5-2 and lost 1-0 to the cods and sarfend, is your memory that bad maybe you’ve got early signs of dementia, earlier on this week you said today’s game was massive, I would see the doc if I was you and get a reality check.
Oh yes let’s have a new manager. Not.
How can you disagree with me CBRP, Its not me saying there are 3 more teams worse than ours, look at the original post. I’ve not seen any of the games at all so can’t comment myself but plenty have done they have said Harrogate, Southend, Stevenage, and if course the cods are all worse.
46 game season, doesn’t matter who you get your points against, would agree with your analogy if we were going for promotion but we’re not. From what you and others have said there at least 3 other teams who are worse than us, and we only need 2 to be.
That “take the knee” stuff was put into the football thread because players introduced it, not you not me, oh how I wish it was in non football and not there on every match day. If you yourself stopped posting about the knee it might help.
What’s positive about that for the majority of football fans?. Please remove to non football.
12points in may lesgeo, new inovation I like it.
Much as I hate the cods a good appointment, maybe Eisa and McAtee will follow, may be trying to get there on the cheap the way they’re playing at the moment.
Two wins on the bounce there’s confidence for you, always welcome, I would take a draw just to keep the points gap the same, just to keep that perceived relegation battle at bay which is hard to get out of our thoughts, but in reality were not yet in a relegation battle with all them games to go, indeed if we had got 5 points from our last 5games in div 1 we would have stayed up,or even if we won the last 2, so like you I will stick by my comment ” massive game my arse”, though I believe we’re almost on the same page Ironawe.
What’s it matter where we win, a wins a win,it’s not like we can attend.
Massive game my arse,26 more games to go get a bloody grip man.
Said all that in a previous post NI, but surely that’s why we love the game.
I guess you cocked up then lol.
Cox flexing his muscles?. Doesn’t go down well on here.
Sorry for been dense NI but could you explain your last post.
Shame on them, Rotherham and Barnsley due to play tonight against medical advice, because fear over a points deduction, when will people grow a set. Think you’ve got your answer Ironawe.
Couldn’t agree more Ironawe, not really interested in the rest but it is there for them that want it. Must say though the junior iron membership in normal times is excellent. And while I am on about juniors, when we do reopen I would expect no free tickets for them, would think swanny would only want paying paying customers till things get back to normal, and wouldn’t blame him either, though sure he will offend which ever way he goes. Thoughts please.
Been on Hulls, Lincolns, and Grimsby’s news archives and we have been doing the most to connect with fans out of all of them, man in the middle, team sheets to print, phone and zoom calls from playing staff, player parcel deliveries, visits to community sport courses by players and manager, had an academy goalkeeper talent day, annual festive hospital visit, all since 18th of Dec, It’s all there to see on all 4 club web sites, but like I say people are blind to it.
Yes SBB, Then they could take legal action against clubs and authorities for not doing proper risk assessments, and lack of duty of care, just like the rugby players.
Plenty been happening it’s all there the news archive, but some will still be blind to it.
Have you tried looking on the news archive on sufc website?.
Don’t know wether you’ve noticed but some players are now wearing 1 black glove now, when I first looked thought maybe cold and wearing 2. Is it common for players to raise the fist as well?.

If the opposition score first,” that’s us fecked then” Bang on Mk, and yes NI can’t blame the fans for this one.December 28, 2020 at 8:38 am in reply to: What happened to the team that played at harrogate. #199809Injuries and negative tactics.
What do you mean by end of the road, is that you personally? BS.
I was been sarcastic when I said “fans getting behind the lads” BS lol.
Your right there NI if there was a simple it would have been done by now. So stick by Cox no matter what happens this season. Don’t go along with Cox is a Swanny yes man, Swanny insisted that Rory was going to be number 1 this season, when we all knew he wasn’t good enough, I said at the time we would find out who was in charge once Cox and Lillis had a look, and been allowed to change perceived weak link if really in charge to me Swanny yielded.
Why did people think Cox was a good choice anyway?, Oh I know why he’s ex scunny,as if that makes them world beaters. Most Scunny fans couldn’t even realize what they had in Alexander challenging for 3 consecutive seasons, wanting and helping to get him out, fools. And j charles why does Wilcox get to stay?, He has probably been our biggest problem.
Same last year when we had van veen taking corners.
