No apathy in the relegation battle of the championship, wow twist and turns highs and lows that’s why watch football, and as fans, to be robbed of the opportunity to be at those games criminal, would have been a full house at Derby, weds would have took as many as were permitted and Rotherham would have took a few thousand to cardiff, can’t say how many Wycombe would have taken, iPlayer can’t match up to been there.
You were Pretty interested last week Daz you forked out £20 to watch Barrows and Bradfords game, but I suppose you had a change of underwear and can be quite blasé about today’s game.
Just bad spelling NI, It was meant to read Grimsby appalling.
5770 views on this thread, only 25 contributors and there not all in agreement, people aren’t interested in protesting, just let it go JB. Ps, I have said on other threads Scunny fans are the worst.
It is you wanting to protest, don’t assume everyone else is on the same page as you,if your a member of the trust or supporters club put a motion forward, other than that organise the protest yourself.
I saved about £1500 pound or more this season through not watching Scunny. Been planning away days already though I must admit we were planning Wimbledon and Sutton Heho.
Forecast for heavy rain on Saturday. So I am sorry to say the “Saga crew” won’t able to attend. Maybe next time.
Shame both grounds aren’t more accessible by train.
Could have given you evidence if we hadn’t lost the archive on here Ironawe and that’s hardly my fault, not all fans or all players NI but enough to persuade someone from staying maybe, What would you have done if you were Wootton after walking past Scunny fans at Macclesfield would you have wanted to stay, don’t get me wrong it was totally Hurst fault he could have waited till Wootton was nearer the dugout before subbing him, anyone that day would have got that abuse you were there NI. As a team that day they deserved abuse but not to single out individuals. That’s what I see.
Actually there were 2 one has just past away recently.
He was an excellent player for us shame alot didn’t think so, also the penalty incident didn’t help him, people never forgave him and got abuse the rest of the season especially at Wimbledon, maybe he upset the dynamics of the team the year before in his first loan spell when were flying?
Why would Toney want to join us?. He must have known he wasn’t well liked here.
Of course I’ll be going, i think I can shimy up the downpipe at Dre and sit on the roof pitch side, that should get the game postponed.
Different club Iron-awe I’m on about the North Chadwick conservative club in Oldham (The Blue Club) Proper home made pie and proper steeped mushy peas, and before any one goes on about it been a Tory club it’s good enough for a ex Scunny labour mayor so should be alright for for everyone. Get on Nogggers tours bus arrives at grounds 15/20 mins before kickoff.

Haven’t you heard NI there’s a protest against him on Saturday, shall you becoming down?.
Will that pie be at the Blues club in Oldham? That’s where we will be.
Hope the Scunthorpe protest out does Man Utds. Though I don’t think Ironawe will attend if there are going to be flares around.

Told you before NI I voted to stay in,though Brexit is not going to bad especially on the jab front time will tell. It was you who pointed out from where Morecambe came from the past few seasons to where they are now, so expect us to do the same it’s pretty normal in football.
BS it was a polite way of saying about time you popped your clogs while were still a lge team, but it was a joke and I honestly wish you many more seasons, can’t say I’m gloating either from what you and many others have said the season as been horrendous like the last 2, but I have been watching football long enough to know that more than likely we will be better next year. Didn’t want Cox as manager but fully support him having another one, don’t give a shite who’s chairman it’s a thankless job.
Stats say next season we’ll be higher up the lge, not many if any have more than 3 seasons in the bottom 5 we certainly haven’t, crazy season all 3 sufc clubs struggled, 2 relegated if wasn’t for the cods could have been all 3, looks like 4 out of 11 relegation places will be teams starting with the letter S. Nothing but optimism from me for next season so long as Swanny doesn’t sack Cox.

Oh I do like your optimism BS. Would be a good time for you to bow out now.x
Swanny said we’d stay up so got one right at last. Onwards and upwards.

That shite hole worth 25 million pull the other one, Greybull capital bought all of Tata Scunthorpe for 1£, so would imagine the Glan Siro would be worth 1p would have said halfpenny but they went out of circulation in 1984. Help from the council Mmmm.
Glad to see were not having a social media boycott like the players,

Why should the manager tell the the chief scout, surely it’s his job to identify new players not the ones we have in the building, the story sounds like 2 big round ones to me.
Still not good enough Deerey? people have been wanting a statement he gives one and guess what you slag him for it, you have no class Deerey.
What I don’t want is a new chairman without any ambition and who would try and run the club without debt. Imagine someone comes in and says he happy with the ground, and happy to stay in div 2 for the foreseeable future, no thanks give me someone who’ll give it a go. Hey we’ve had that man and he failed boo hoo.

Can’t anybody remember what position David Wraith left us in when he left, so worst position in 60 years I think not, Not saying we won’t be when Swanny does leave. Not really bothered who the chairman is so long as they keep putting the money in (so long as it isn’t the Arabs who tried to buy Newcastle)

Does that make it alright then NI?. And unlike Swanny,Wharton was a Scunny fan not just a plastic.

To pick the protests that you do value, judge what is important in life. And a protest against someone who paid the players 100% through covid with very little income coming in is a good employer in my books, just because he hasn’t achieved what he wanted doesn’t mean people should turn on him at least he gave it a go.
