Glad your on board NI.
And no resting on the ground issue it still needs to be in the hands of the fans forever.
Or a sponsored turning cars over on Cleethorpes front, went down well years ago NI, clever bastards taunting Scunny fans thought they were safe, suppose they were really just not the car.
I hope she’s carrying the pyros in her handbag like any self respecting woman does for her man. Does she stand up at games Ironawe for her to hit me.
October 4, 2023 at 12:13 pm in reply to: This saga is unending but I hope it resolves like this #274505He ran with Swanny don’t forget, when he clearly didn’t have to at the time, from what posters have always told me it’s the way professionals act guess that what he was doing with Hlton, I am not a professional.
Good idea but preferably not a football game Between the 2 sides, it would be to strange being friendly to each other not good in the long run.

Not everyone will be as nice to him as he comes across to others.

Playoff game against Crewe and Swansea shed a few tears at full time on the pitch at both, lickle old Scunny going to Wembley. Never enjoyed the games at Wembley just to much at stake, just the days out and the 2 promotions from them. The away wins where we scored 4 at Derby, Palace and sheff u especially at Derby on that freezing cold day in their plastic pub near the ground we’re having a party but the respect and kindness they showed to us and we’re as happy as they could be for us having seen their team loose 4-1, could go on and on am sure everyone else could to but I’ll leave it there for now.

It won’t affect you because you don’t go 64

Makes you wonder what kind of owner you would be happy with I mean bloody hell I already made Simon a Saint. Like in the words from son of Swann “Morons”
On the scunny Facebook page there’s a picture of the Peterborough walkers AFUF. Toppo front and centre are you on there?
I’m not a member just went on your web page and like I said sub section “about us” objectives was at the top, sorry about that but that’s how it is on there I’m afraid, you never did put a link up to your”aims” CT. I represented and looked after all employees within the manual workers, my union had sole negotiating rights were I worked so yes I was the voice for all employees, the same went visa versa in other areas where other unions had sole negotiating rights, the only time when I didn’t was when a disciplinary escalated and then a senior steward of their own union represented them but it was the same with my members when escalated.
Dancing on the head of a pin there CT, Aims can’t find them but on their web page sub section “about us” they have “Objectives” same in their rules paragraph 4,1 Which I have quoted from.
No CT “a representative voice for supporters” unless of course you have to be a member to be a supporter.
Whatever he saved the club at the time and I’ll thank him for that, he brought hope to the club and the fans back over 5000 at one game and now a fighting quality to them as well which I never thought I would see, now let’s save the Iron.
What like Swann spending to try and make the championship again. And Hilton doing similar this season. And both getting pissed off at fans berating them at every twist and turn to a stage where they both stop funding altogether.
Well there we have it £2000 towards the stadium already, and the trust haven’t even asked for anything yet, But please remember the money Will be going to Mr Swann and coolsilk and I know there’s plenty of you who said you wouldn’t entertain that idea god knows why, where people expected the money to go I don’t know, more like so long as it wasn’t oneself giving the money to Swann and someone else was jobs a good un Hilton’s idea as always sound for the fans to pUrchase the ground just went about it to quick and to expensive to be inclusive of all fans what’s it matter if you chuck say £50 and upwards in, every little would help towards the goal of a community owned ground.
Not according to the Trusts objectives CT and in their rules. I can take it you’ve read them.
So it is top secret, good luck .
Have they said what they are going to and what they want others to do yet, or is it top-secret for members only? Aren’t we all just waiting for some leadership from them I am. Will I have to be a member to give them money for the ground.
Isn’t it starting at Honest laser?
Did I not suggest building up funds well before Swann left the building 64 it’s not I’ve not questioned the trust down the years you know that, tuther time someone suggested I get off my arse and do something and I’ll re point out that is Surely thats what the trust should be doing not me there are enough of you over 400 last time I heard, do a raffle I’ll sell some tickets, organize a strip do and I will attend or similar,Ill volunteer to do the collection bucket for one game, I’ve offered my donation to buy the ground not just at this time but previous as well. Sure most of us will have given to the appeal but that’s not going to save the ground. The Club there’s another matter, not for me don’t want a community owned club I’ve made it quite clear down the years I just want someone to put money into the club big money. You question my attitude Deerey you’ve been defending everyone’s attitude to the last 2 owners forever or is that different.Dont think anyone can say I’m not pro the club can you honestly say through your posts you have been.
By funds I didn’t mean the ten pound joining fee that’s not worth a **** in the scheme of things. Dah “funds should have been built up already” ya know haven’t we been in the shite with the ground issue for years now we all knew it would become a sticking point at some time and the trust have done nothing. There as got to be some point in having a trust now you tell me what it should be doing. What are you doing to help the club survive Deerey, NI, IB , seen as though you liked Ironfans comment if I thought giving £10 to the iron trust would save the club believe you me they would get it lol.
Players don’t normally walk they often show a bit of loyalty in these situations, it maybe the club who have to move them on for financial reasons though.
Now who was it said we now play Boston on a Saturday. Bloody idiot.
Lol,

No im not joining yet I’ll join when they get moving on buying the ground though, lead and I will follow.
Pound for me pound for you, not a good idea. The Trust would seem ok to do it though at the corner, in the good old days they used to go round the ground with a sheet for people to throw money in, Mr safety wouldn’t allow that nowadays.
I just hope the fans behave today during the game, after, pitch invasion, sit in whatever fine so long as no damage caused, hopefully we’ll need the ground in the future without it there’s no future. Wish I could be there today with everyone I’m sure the atmosphere will be special again, hope for a win for everyone.
