If he was to come it’d need to be full time manager.
Owt else, waste of his time and Swann’s money.1 user thanked author for this post.
Should he come? The jury is out. I dont think even SAF could motivate this lot.
Would he come? I don’t think he’s either desperate or daft enough
Would Swann put his hand in his pocket to bin Cox/Mussy and get Nige in?
I don’t believe he would. I think the present scenario suits him and his aspirations fine.
Prove me wrong, Swann, ‘cos I’m not usually.

Oh I dont know.
The lefties run the other forum pretty well for themselves by that method.
😉🙂But washes off
Beat me to that one Cass
I’m sure it’s a very good article but I’m not signing up for a free trial to finish reading what we already know, glad our plight is getting into more print than just locally, let others know to beware of people like Swann.
There are others like him???
Oh ye gods….1 user thanked author for this post.
Bizarre team selections R Cox.
Last season it was wasters picked over those who might have tried.
This season we get Billy BullshitPlus ca change, plus c’est le meme chose.
What’s all this “Cox is a nice guy” crap?
He played what, 19 games for us?
So what?I don’t give a flying FUCK where he’s from, if he had an ounce of honesty, he’d resign.
He does NOT have what it takes to manage a league side, so let’s stop pretending.

Well if THAT doesn’t make the nationals…
Bloody hell, what on EARTH??
Is it even legal under health and safety?
Told you Swanny was trying to avoid bad publicity.
So what else changed for the better now he’s listening?😄😄😄
I see people are climbing over the gates at Glanford Park.
But the stewards go out and make them come back in.The Martians landed on the pitch in the middle of a Scunny match. They all died…there was no atmosphere.

It’ll be to stop people escaping.

Why would we?
I don’t think we’ve reached rock bottom yet😥But what if he doesn’t put his hand in his pocket? what if he said “No more enough is enough” where do we go then?
Same place we are heading now…non-league.
And to be honest, I’m not convinced he can now stop what he’s put in motion.
Even if he truly wants to😉2 users thanked author for this post.
Its obvious Swann is only interested in his buildings and the land and couldn’t even be bothered to oversee the ground brought up to an acceptable standard for fans to attend during the close season. We came back to an absolutely disgraceful stadium, filthy seats, toilets unusable and a dessicated football team. He had got rid of any decent players. Then he has the audacity to blame the fans for not attending. Don’t believe a word that comes out of his mouth. All he’s doing is lieing to try and take the heat off himself as he can never take criticism. He’s afraid of bad publicity and the demonstrations that should be happening to show our fans discord. SWANN OUT!!!!!
This is bang on the money, nailed it.
I dont think he’s seen any light at all.
I think he’s seen the possible bad publicity and is trying to avoid it.2 users thanked author for this post.
By whatever means possible, he now has to attempt to resolve this mess – and very quickly. I would imagine that his entire credibility is now at stake.
I’m hoping this is true.
Sadly, he has shown previous form for not giving a flying feck.1 user thanked author for this post.
I think 14 days is a bit unfair what changes can really happen in 2 weeks? Yes he could sack the manager but would that please everyone? He said work would now start on development before christmas and gave his reason’s as to why it hasn’t happened earlier.
Better food?
Ticket deals?
Better service in the Iron Bar?
Clean toilets?NONE of the above are too difficult.
But my two weeks grace period is because we’ve heard what amounted to his lies before, but seen NO IMPROVEMENTS WHATSOEVER.
So he has a fortnight.
Show us you mean business or feck off.2 users thanked author for this post.
We’ve been here before.
This guy can talk the talk alright, but it’ll turn out to be yet another smokescreen, IMHO.Look for ANY changes in the next 14 days.
If there are none, I’m right.
If, by any chance, we see some improvement, I’ll gladly admit to being wrong.
Nothing would make me happier…but I’m not holding my breath.4 users thanked author for this post.
Yeah, England are terrible, they haven’t reach a final in nearly FOUR MONTHS. Disgraceful.
How long since we won owt?
Remind me what France have won,( similar population, weaker top division)?Let’s have a poll…who do we believe, Swann or….
Hold it right there, no contest.
We DO NOT believe Swann.
If that man told me today was Tuesday, I’d go and check… twice😉1 user thanked author for this post.
So many posters on here who need serious help.
This board is crazy.
I’m out.
Bye
Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.
Don’t hurry back.3 users thanked author for this post.
Or….
We could all go and watch some footballers who appear to care at either Blundell Park or Sincil Bank?Really?
I thought it nicely described the current Liebour MP’s.
😅😄😅😄😅😄2 users thanked author for this post.
He’s been hiding a while now😄
Now you’re just talking soft.
1. If Swann left?
MIGHT get the supporters back to feeling wanted, not just tolerated.
MIGHT get someone with the best interests of the club, not himself, at heart.
MIGHT get someone willing to listen, who doesn’t think he knows it all.2. No.
3. Stupid question.
How about you give over trying to spin everything and admit Swann’s shite?
2 users thanked author for this post.
If you still want to go to the home games but also want to make a point, how about staying outside for the first 5/10/15 minutes? Kicking off in an almost empty ground would make a pretty strong statement.
Might miss our opposition’s first two goals.
