Smudger to be fair to him said he was the main instigator last season in all the crap that went on and he is usually spot on.
One faux par with Slocombe being already signed but we offered him a contract so he wasn’t far off.
Definitely need a replacement now though..along with a few wingers, LB, GK and a striker or two.
Doesn’t the season start in 2 weeks time ?
Apparently you don’t commit to being a Marxist – you become trained in it. Seems the training makes you an eve more despicable human being.
Research it before rubbishing it. Information is not hard to find. It’s your choice if you’re choosing to ignore it.
I personally don’t care if your willingly walking through life blinkered ignoring it or if you read into it and actually begin to accept it as reality.
Honestly don’t give a crap either way. It’s the reality though. Wealth or stuff you can read, some independent reporters have dug into the 3 of them and investigated them and how they become leaders of such an organization.
They do obviously do that for a living. Wealth of things out there you can read. I’ve included one video in this thread which even shows her admitting it. There’s are a few other video’s as well.
That is indeed Cullors “one of the founders”
Watch it, only a small clip…won’t take too much of your time. They all have ties to either marxist leaders or organizations.
People learning to be a marxist is no more unbelievable than it is somebody who trains to be a terrorist/ muslim extremist.
All starts with indoctrination and idealisms. Not that hard to fathom is it really ?
I’m not claiming these people were beamed up by Aliens and spend upwards of 10 yrs reading text books provided by Dr Spock.
Are you lot winding me up or are you just wilfully ignorant ?

I never said good couldn’t come such a sinister, dodgy organization. I hope it does.
As I said above “if millionaire footballers bending down and taking a knee jump start companies/people to pump money and time into these neighbour hoods which need help then fair play”
Look, if they band people together and a nationwide support system is created to go into these neighbourhoods to help the vulnerable then fair play. A 10-20yr plan “purely an estimate on my part”
If nothing really get’s done about it, all we will be left with is multi millionaire sportsmen virtue signalling.
I’m not a fan of politicising sport but there you go.
Ok, I cave in. The Black Lives Matter movement is a relatively innocent, small organization, created by 3 rag tag idiots who just happened to be well versed in Marxist idealisms.
They did receive extensive backing monetarily but I suppose they must have looted many extremely large money tree’s.
Who knows ?
I suppose anything is possible.
“The actual organisation is small. The protesters are mostly people off the street, not some fiendish activist group.”
So you have 3 hate filled women who have dedicated years of their lives to learn off other Marxist leaders/organizations and this isn’t a group which wasn’t hate filled crap, dressed up as something good and delivered the unsuspecting people of U.S.A “now many other countries” ?
You’re talking about a super organized organization, funded to the bloody hilt with 3 founders at the helm who were all well versed in Marxist idealisms.
The way you’re talking you’d have thought they’re a worldwide W.I type group lol
I’m not getting hysterical. I’m just simply stating common knowledge.
The whole organization was set up really to disrupt but if millionaire footballers bending down and taking a knee jump start companies/people to pump money and time into these neighbour hoods which need help then fair play.
Northumbiron, you can’t ignore this so called “crap”. Read up about her, it’s not hard. Players are bending down to the knee which is directly tied to black lives matter.
That much you can’t deny. The woman herself comes across a hate filled lunatic who openly states she’s a trained bloody marxist.
How does one train to be a marxist ?. I can’t answer that. I do know for certain she had close ties and was under the tutelage of a leader of another marxist leader of a group from the 80’s.
“Cullors was the protégé of Eric Mann, former agitator of the Weather Underground domestic terror organization, and spent years absorbing the Marxist-Leninist ideology.
Look it up. You will find information about it. Honestly, it’s not hard.
She’s a hate filled con artist.
Some info on two of the founders Northumbiron. This may answer your “how do you train to be a marxist question.
In a 2015 interview, Patrice Cullors, another of the three founders, said that she and Garza were “trained Marxists.” Abdullah, of the Los Angeles BLM chapter, was born a red-diaper baby—“Raised in the 70s, in the picket lines of Oakland, by activist parents,” as the interviewer put it. Her paternal grandfather was Gunter Reimann, a member of the German Communist Party. Garza cut her organizing teeth as director of People Organized to Win Employment Rights (POWER), founded by Marxists Garth Ferguson, Patty Snitzler, Regina Douglas, Brian Russell, and Steve Williams. To Williams we owe the concept of “transformative organizing,” which insists “that effective organizing for social change cannot simply be based on an apolitical and highly specific analysis of what is possible in the short term.”
Cullors trained for a decade as a radical organizer in the Labor/Community Strategy Center, established and run by Eric Mann, a former member of the Weather Underground, the 1960s radical faction identified by the FBI as a domestic terrorist group. The “Weathermen” explained in their 1969 foundational statement that they were dedicated to “the destruction of U.S. imperialism and the achievement of classless world: world communism.” The ties between the BLM Global Network and the Weathermen run deep
I did say “mostly”
Rashford should be commended for making that direct plea to the government. Rashford with being an influential young black man had the pulling power to pressure them and they crapped themselves and caved in, in record quick time.
For the most part though all they’re doing is bending down sticking a fist in the air to promote a misguided political organization who was founded by 3 hate filled women.
I don’t think this woman likes white people very much. To be fair she’s absolutely vile. Welcome to Cullors.
What a lovely lady.
This is one with the very honourable Miss Cullors stating it herself. This isn’t the one I was looking for but jesus christ, I bet there’s a fair few kicking around.
Straight from the horses mouth.
This is one video showing a snippet but I’ll dig out the actual footage showing the interview when I’ve got time. There is one with her actually in person while she was a guest on radio show in 2015.
I know the proper length one is on youtube because I’ve seen it.
Throw into the mix the honourable Cullors has been on a little spending spree piling up real estate in the tune of 3.2 million dollars.
Sure is a profitable organization.
To be fair If you look on line 2 of the 3 founders of the Black Lives Matter Movement even stated they both we’re trained marxist’s.
It’s not that hard to find. There is a video on youtube of said leader even stating so on a radio bloody talk show. The person in question was even in person answering questions.
I personally don’t think Millionaire’s bending down to one knee putting a fist in the air is doing a lot.
If they really want to do good then put some funding together and go into these communities and physically do something.
All I see mostly is virtual signalling out of touch millionaires for the most part.
I’m not against it. I don’t particularly believe in it either. Each to their own.
This thread needs stick on another part of the forum..leave this section for all the excitement and raft of signings.
People need to calm down. Big J is a wind up merchant. I think that’s pretty clear. Political views or should I say politics in general should be kept on the other part of the forum.
If you want to argue about nitpick, please…do it on there.

Turan apparently played so impressively according to the sole blind iron fan who was in attendance that it won’t be long before he’s playing in the premier league.
You saw it here first. Stick some money on Turan, he’s currently 4000- 1 to finish league top scorer.
I should have been more clear. I meant they don’t count as in predicting they’ll add anything.
No doubt they count in the 23 but not in my eyes. Swann should have used the Dawson money to pay those two off.
Combing through the training pics and seeing Big Bad Turan and Jarvis is a sign of the times.
Releasing 18 and being 5 or 6 short at this stage is an absolute piss take.
Surely Swann won’t go with Watson as no 1 after green lighting the Howard signing soon after him being deemed as the go to GK.
I fecking hope not anyway.
Swann has always said until fans have the amount of money to put into the club they can then have a say in what goes on. I’m pretty sure he used to say something along those lines.
What we’ve always heard from him is “I put the money in so I have the say”
As many other people have said the damage has already been done.
It’s treating fans like crap which has led to the apathy. Oh that and taking the ground from the club. I can’t say that helped matters.
Or maybe a left sided player who can do LB and LW?
We already have one of those in Hippolyte but it’s unfortunate that he’s crap in both positions.
We definitely need 2 wingers and at least another striker. Turan and Jarvis don’t count because they’re both dog poo.
Well let’s hope he doesn’t listen to you WG, you tried to rewrite history by claiming we needed help on the last day of the season to get promoted under Wilcox. Ps. still waiting for you to admit you were wrong.
My memory isn’t the best but didn’t we have to rely on a team failing to win their last game to go up ?
Baring in mind we had the best squad in the whole league by a country mile and just about limped over the line.
A promotion yes but we carried no momentum through to the next season…we limped over the line with a broken leg in the end.
Wilcox them moved to York and did nothing there either. Nice to know you picked that example though, which in my eyes tells me a lot.
To be fair it’s a load of rubbish. If he listened to other people “fans included” we wouldn’t be in this mess.
This is the bloke who had a direct hand in scouting and signing Turan and Jarvis.
How many times was he told Watson wasn’t good enough on Hullberside ?. Did he listen, no of cause he didn’t because he thought he knew best.
Fast forward 6 months and we signed Howard because from very early on it was crystal clear he wasn’t good enough.
Swann has this airy fairy messed up plan of going with youth when everybody else was telling him he need experienced to balance it out, again didn’t listen to a word anybody said and sign 3 experienced players doing one quickest u turns in the history of football.
This is the problem we have, he just doesn’t listen to anybody. It appears he can’t be arsed to keep fans in the loop on such major club announcements I don’t know why he’s suggesting this fans panel.
If he’s attempting to pull the wool over people’s eyes with offering more of a voice from the fans, people will see through the utter bullshit.
I guarantee you people will have been rolling their eyes when they read that about the fans panel.
It’s farcical lol

still about 5 or 6 short…we need to get a serious move on.
GK
2 wingers
1 or 2 strikers
LB coverWith the embaro and with crappy Jarvis and Turan here, I expect either a clapped out freebie or a loanee coming in.
Swann has said that we’re only allowed to sign players on a “break even” basis.
Only 6 teams took up the loan, which tells you all you need to know really.
Swann signs our assets to coolsilk and couldn’t find anyway of funding needed to get us out of the hole he found ourselves in with lack of funding through covid and now we’re at a huge disadvantage.
What annoys me is, is that we’ve had to hear this from a 3rd party because the owner couldn’t be arsed to say anything.
This is what I was saying the other day about lack of communication and feeling like we’re seen as an annoyance.
3 users thanked author for this post.
I’m not expecting to be kept in the loop about every chase of players which have fell through or a back catalogue of players we’re currently looking at but something would be nice.
As you said les, a mere club statement would be nice. It does feel like we’re being punished. To not even see anything about any players we’re chasing is very odd.
Honestly not experienced anything like this before. It’s almost like Swann is saying “look this is my club and I’ll decide when it’s right to tell you anything and not before”
Are we seenAre we seen as an annoyance that he can’t really be arsed with anymore ?
I must admit, it feels like it. I remember going to my first home game in 2000 and the way he’s been now is making me dislike the club.
I love this club but at the same time I’m being turned off. I admit that I don’t have the same feeling anymore about my hometown club.
Sad really because It’s all I’ve ever really known !

Millen must has have gotten lost on his way here !
On a more serious note the lack of communication between club and fans is absolutely shocking.

According to Humberside we’re due to complete the signing tomorrow. Northampton were in for him and we supposedly offered a longer deal so it wouldn’t be a huge surprise if we break the current mould and he doesn’t sign a 2yr deal.
So that’s a supposed commanding CB, A RB and Kenyon for CM through the door.
Still a GK to go, cover at LB, striker “preferably two” and a few wingers….maybe Bunn and somebody else for out wide.
I’m no Carol Vorderman but I make that 6 more including Bunn if he’s fit and impresses…only then we’ll be just about strong enough to start the season.
Match fit?
His season ended after 13 games.
What’s the likelihood? The league York was in packed in early due to covid. Hence why he only played 13 games. A york city reported on twitter said when he did play for them he was head and shoulders above that level and if he keeps himself fit would be a great signing for league level.
That’s only his opinion of cause but Bunn’s only 28yrs old so hardly clapped out. I think it would be a tidy acquisition personally.
1 user thanked author for this post.
I think that people on here should either be more a tad more careful in what they say or run pieces they intend to post past their solicitor first.
I never pass what I say off as fact. I’m merely giving my opinion. I’ve never confessed to know about the inner workings of the club.
I have to disagree ironawe. I agree with Matt, if Bunn is fully match fit he’s easily worth a 1yr contract with an option of a further year.
If I remember rightly he can play in all 4 forward positions. Bunn can also play as a normal winger as well so versatility wise he’ll be very useful to have around.
I’d rather he was playing than Hippolyte.
Put it this way, we could do a hell of a lot worse.
Look at Turan and Jarvis !
Matt, have you heard of anybody else been on trial ?. Smudger said we had 2 in with obviously one being Bunn.

Swann’s an absolute prat. Swann has his say on EVERYTHING to the press and now an ex player has come out and told an account of what happened last season “everything should be kept in house”
Never ceases to amaze me does old Swannster.
All karacan stated was what we all thought was going on anyway. Hardly a shock hearing him say it.
Anybody hoping and wishing he’s going to change are going to be waiting a hell of a long time.
Let’s have it right. Karacan dared to tell the truth to all at the club while he was here and the players in question along with those at the top clearly didn’t like it.
If Karacan fitted in and was respected he would have been offered a good contract, you would have thought that he would have been imperative.
I suspect Swannster didn’t like the fact he was outspoken.

Well, as people know, I don’t think Hippo is as poor as many make out – but I do know he’s no FB!
Believe me he is….he was shocking last season at both full back and wing. I can only recall him having 2 good games. 1st game he played when he filled in at LB and when he scored in an away game, can’t remember who it was against.
Apart from that he’s non league. You can tell we signed him from Yeovil. Put it that way !
1 user thanked author for this post.
Saw the latest training pic montage and spotted big bad Turan.
This season’s going to be a cracker !
Why haven’t the club even come out and told the fans that we have two players on trial ?
We don’t seem to hear a thing nowadays !
The great work of the transfer committee “probably swann sr and swann junior”
This is what you get when people stick their noses in to areas they shouldn’t be delving into.
Those players we had last season sounded like right arseholes.
