Completely agree. Looks like they are getting things right and he has them scoring goals which isn’t bad for an ex defender / defensive midfielder.

It feels like that ship has sailed, for both parties. Is he currently coaching or managing at Chester-Le-Street? He did a good job at the time and what happened with that may have either left a sour taste.. or maybe unfinished business. Perhaps someone who has a real pedigree for developing young players, although other lower league teams have gone for that approach and its backfired.
