Played well in other games I have seen him play, but yesterday he was as bad as the rest, only Hackney and Sinclair deserved a 6 yesterday, all the rest 4.

I’ve got to admit leaving the ground yesterday it was the first time for ages I have been totally upset about the the game, the performance after 30 minutes was embarrassing for a league club, and though we all accepted weeks ago there was no chance at least I thought there would have been a response to end the season with at least something to cheer, but no.

So when a few hours later I heard that Simon had had enough to be me it was like having a dagger stuck in me because I hoped he was going to try to get a consortium or something to take over the club, and the news of Neil Wright joining the board doesn’t seem as important now as it did a few days ago, I have no idea what went on with the Chairman and Simon but the talk of possible investors here yesterday seems unimportant to me today.

So getting the good feeling back into the club as vanished to me for the forseeable future.

But at the away end they are under different rules, but fair play to Harrogate fans they seemed well behaved but you can’t say that about some away fans this season.

When I left the ground I got chatting to a bloke with a young lad, and apart from the performance he was disgusted what had gone on with that arrest, said he had never seen anything like it in his 40 years following the Iron at a home game.

We could have been 2 up before they scored with their first effort on target, but God knows what Rory was doing, then apart from one easy save for their keeper we offered nothing, so after a bright start this was probably our worst performance at home, to me we need a complete clear out, some poor performances today, only players to put real effort in today was Hackney and Sinclair.
We are certainly missing Millen, Thompson and O’Malley, Keith won’t give Bunn a runout and would sooner play kids, Perry and Hallam have been frozen out and overall I can’t see us get another point this season.

I will take a wild guess Bobby, Maidstone United, when they got promoted to the Football League didn’t they ground share with Dartford so never played any of their games at their ground in Maidstone and when they dissolved the ground was sold for development, since they reformed they now have a new stadium.

it was when they redeveloped the ground they played there, they turned the ground like east to west to north to south with four new stands, I only went once but before it was altered, it’s in a big park so easy to do.

I’ve just looked up the match details for the game at the hockey stadium and the league table and it says MK Dons, and we played there on 27th September 2005

Initially based at the National Hockey Stadium, the club competed as Milton Keynes Dons from the start of the 2004–05 season

we played at Plough Lane I went there twice, a 1-0 defeat and a 1-1 draw.
I think Southampton was in the old division 2 in the 60s so we will have played at The Dell
