I don’t like the shirts but might look better with white shorts and socks like we had before.
Regarding PS, there has been a lot of rumours going around for weeks that people believe and may be totally exaggerated, so PS says things differently so people says he is talking crap when he may be telling the truth and nobody wants to believe his version, the only thing I want to see is a new owner here now and the Peter Swann era finished, he was good to start with but the last 4 seasons have been unbearable, so let’s hope it will be done soon and let us get our club back.

We started with our strongest available team on Saturday and you could see a difference when we brought the kids on, though with a mixed 11 tonight it sounds like we did well first half and poor in the second.
Also Taft played with Boyce on Saturday and Rowe tonight, and I don’t think Rowe is a Centre Half, I didn’t go tonight it’s too hot for me I am afraidRegarding the jab I don’t think you can book it until you are over 75.
I wouldn’t be seen dead in one, don’t like halved shirts, it’s on Thursday so yours must be next Tuesday, I had Brian Edwards sit with me on Saturday he has got a ticket to sit with Dave Thomas this season, not going tonight it’s too hot for me, but will be there on Saturday hopefully.
it probably sounds worse when not so many are sat in it.
I think I have read that Taft played with a injury for a lot of last season and they only pulled him out of the team when we had no chance of survival, I have seen the training pictures and George and the rest of the players and look as if they are enjoying themselves, the last week has seen a sudden change in attitude from Lee Turnbull’s statement down to the players with a couple of decent signings plus one we would have been over the moon with if we had been in league 1, definitely something is happening at Glanford Park and the sooner the better.
on top of that a big new shiny sign above the east Stand with Glanford Park on it, another thing I heard on Saturday was we are trying to get someone to sponsor a new scoreboard.
he did use the words Duane Holmes DM
Lee Turnbull says he is like Duane Holmes but is doing OK but has a lot to learn.

I just sent a text to Lee T complimenting on the first half performance and said I hope we can sign Butterfield on today’s display and he replied with a
, so is this a hint
I think it was to say he was signing without saying it, he looked class on Saturday.
we have some good young lads but once we put more than 2 on we get under pressure, they are still learning, to me Gallimore is the only one ready to start games.

you often get a warning before a dismissal in any job unless it was serious, didn’t our fans provoke him first, though he still should have bit his lip.

Seems like the sheff u fans didn’t have such a good day after all, only one train made it to Scunthorpe hundreds stuck in Donny and had to wait around for buses to be provided, at least they got them there for kick off, and then of course they saw there team well beaten till we rained the subs. Ticketing still a farce lots of season ticket holders who loaded the game on their tickets the turnstiles wouldn’t admit them and had to queue at the main ticket office to get a paper ticket, still just as bad as the Rowing era.
I got my season ticket yesterday and I said to Sarah can you put the Sheffield game on the card, the reply was no the season ticket cards are not working yet so for the friendlies it will be tickets.
but remember they had 3 regular defenders and midfielders in the starting line up, we played some lovely football first half and whether poor defending or not we would have missed those chances last season.

Les isn’t that what I said, when we play too many of them, they aren’t physically strong enough.
Saw a massive difference when Butterfield, Feeney and Whitehouse went off and we got pushed back like last season with the kids, they are promising but not ready yet to play too many of them.
I just sent a text to Lee T complimenting on the first half performance and said I hope we can sign Butterfield on today’s display and he replied with a 😉, so is this a hint

I like the second and third strips but don’t like halved or quartered shirts at all, looks awful the home shirt.
Loads of league experience, and another who can play left back, no mention of Bugs Bunny though.
I didn’t know until a few minutes ago that Marcus Dewhurst’s dad Rob played for Hull City and made 1 appearance for us
I think this should be called ScunthorpeSupporterSyyndrome SSS, look to see who could / has signed/ training with us, don’t look at their career record or what level they have played, but first of all look to see their injury records and how many games they will miss sat with Jordan Hallam in the treatment room.
there certainly doesn’t seem much urgency, even the new strip reckons to be out now.
I think the Lionesses would beat our last seasons team.

celebrity, who is it.
there is always a difference when your club has got promotion or are on the up, don’t forget that York, Wrexham and Stockport have been in the same situation as us and have turned their fortune around, look at Grimsby, it just needed a change of owner, but ours is more concerned at building apartments and a nightclub and isn’t giving 2 hoots to the fans, so to York and the others let them enjoy their upturn in fortunes and hope ours come soon.

Just seen the goal and it was a good bit of play and a great finish from O’Malley.
Sounds like some have gone.
Keith said after the game
“It was under extremely hot conditions, so the lads are a bit tetchy. It’s been another difficult week with two games and some really intense training,” Hill told Iron Player.“We’re working with a smaller squad now because some of the trialists are choosing to go elsewhere, but we’re happy with the condition of the players. Now it’s a question in game-related situations of being more efficient with their energy and with the ball.
“They worked extremely hard. We know how Leeds play – they’re high intensity, keep the ball well, flood areas of the pitch in overloads and it’s superb to play against as it puts our players under extreme pressure.
