If you mean was Dylan aware of what was going on in the 1960’s as a young songwriter, yes very much so. I always enjoyed his interviews back then because when a music journalist went on a hand wringing description of one of his songs and then asked Dylan if that’s what he was trying to say, Bob would shrug his shoulders and reply ” I don’t know you tell me, I just write em “. He loved keeping people at arms length about his work and I absolutely loved him for that. Never mind the message just enjoy the song for what it is, songwriting genius IMO.

Guys bill is beyond all reasonable hope I’m afraid, if we needed an example of indoctrination or cultish behaviour he in my estimation is the perfect example. Let him go and run with his so called beliefs but attempting anything approach logical discussion with him is just a waste of everybody’s, his included, time. Once again regarding bill it’s time to move on.

Didn’t mean to startle DM, just an expression I have picked up and used over the years from observing and listening to persons mainly in public but also on discussion forums. Heard it originally in the first Home Alone film, I believe Kevin was discussing his older brother when he made it.

He hasn’t come back though DM and said yay or nay, it’s a perfect reasonable request just so we know it’s just not DH he appears to be constantly chasing.
