Is this just a generic piece of information that has automatically been posted on the Iron website or is it a recent request by the police? Don’t expect any sensible club or police response anytime soon!!!

Wasn’t he President of the United States?

William Taft, USA President ( 1909-1913 ). George Raft, Hollyword actor famous for his gangster roles in the 1930’s ( bit like Trump is famous for now in real life ) George Taft, footballer currently on loan at Scunthorpe United, where fans have fingers crossed more in hope then expectation that he will be any good. Personally I would have taken a punt on the dead actor.😂

Hopefully they will end the season and we won’t get relegated and town will

Don’t know what the ruling is ( if any ) but if the season were to end now I doubt promotion of relegation issues could be fairly worked out on less then half a season played.

And even worse with a team of puppies!

Back in my mispent youth it was a major talking point of success in the pub when you’d managed to get the puppies out the previous night. Never made me a better footballer though. 😞

We sometimes complain about the Humberside commentary team but these Stevenage jokers are truly appalling, where do they drag these boring banal idiots from? Descriptive powers absolutely nil.

    ….”classic piece of disinformation.”
Your response to Big J doesn’t give any reason why it is disinformation?

Because the ” evil white policeman” was charged with murder for kneeling on George Floyd’s neck for 9 minutes and not due to drugs as stated by the racist. So it is disinformation to suggest otherwise. Your a Christian aren’t you bill not a racist surely?

Still a day early Sanfran and I hear the messiah is more into camel racing then football. Something to do with all that sand in his backyard I believe.

    Holloway playing mind games??

It’s probably all he has left to play with his team being shite and the row over Fenty & Co trying to sign a convicted fraudster onto the board all hush hush. Think Holloway is maybe thinking he should have stayed away from North East Lincolnshire, looking a bit of a poisoned chalice at Blunder Park, fans aren’t happy either, still what else is new there.

Holloway coming out with his usual ” Man of the people Bullshit ” just before the derby, hope we stuff em and then they sack him, that would be even more turmoil for our fishy rivals. 😂😂😂

LBH guys it’s results that count, hold that thought in your heads and after the Cods got GUTTED tonight at Southend, we can take a point on Saturday then look forward to a home win over Mansfield. Wins build confidence which in turn build improved performances. UTI.

Fans may feel strongly about whether they consider Cox has picked his strongest team or not in the last two games but surely be has all the latest evidence from his medical and coaching staff, plus what he sees himself in matches and training to access the most fittest players to start. Plenty of teams have players on the bench at start of games that are not 100% fit but can give the team 30 minutes or so later on in a game to help the team out. Just saying Cox is in a better position to consider the best options for team selection in any match compared to any observing fan, I can’t see him picking lesser players from choice unless it’s a fitness issue regarding some of the others.

Well bills getting another grilling and quite rightly so, you can’t preach Christianity when it suits you then post such crap about racism and the BLM campaign. Utterly two faced and morally bankrupt.

BRI-“Think about that before lecturing us on what we should and shouldn’t argue.”
The trouble is BRI you’re saying don’t lecture us when YOU ARE lecturing j.charles!!

I think if you read the re!event posts Mr Christian you would realise that BRI was responding to the charge of ” do your bloody research “, which he has done by proving j charles wrong. The only thing BRI can be accused of is putting people right who don’t do their research. It is quite extraordinary that you try and undermine the anti racist agenda with such an ” un Christian ” view of this issue.

I noticed before the England v France rugby international on Sunday that some players took a knee in the lineups and others didn’t, it should be a personal choice but booing either action should be criticised IMO. Also it was noticeable that no mention of the discrepancies between the players choosing their own method of respect was discussed and of course not a boo was heard from 2000 rugby fans. Well done guys all round.

When it comes to resting players we are no different to Colchester or any other team playing Saturday/Tuesday. It depends more on how many of the better plays are fit to start on both sides, sounds like VanVeen won’t be risked so it will be a case of the fit and freshest players giving it their all against a good Colchester side. Maybe they will have injury problems to some of their good players which would be a bonus for us. Pick your fittest freshest side Coxy and hopefully in a 4-4-2 if possible and give it a good go. What else can you do? UP THE IRON.

BS I remember Charlie Williams talking about his football career in his comedy routine. Personal favourite, ” I wasn’t very good at playing football but I could stop them that were “. Classic fifties centre back comment, wonderful.

Anyone remember Man U getting battered at Southampton many seasons back and Ferguson blamed their drab grey away kit for the defeat? Too hard to pick out team mates properly on the pitch apparently, what a load of cock and one of the most successful managers ever was quite rightly pilloried in the press and the football world in general. It’s just a preference thing and I like the white away kit but we are a claret and blue club, one of only four out of the ninety two in the professional game, let’s keep our traditional kit for home games and be proud of our identity.
