Hilton confirmed to us that he has never paid Swann £20k a month in rent. He publicly offered £10k a month in an interview with

and said it was likely double the market value but that’s as far as it got. Initial lease from Swann to DH was 1p a day. Sublease from DH to SUFC mirrors this, hence the 7p a week figure.
