Just in case anyone was wondering, National League TV will issue a refund if you purchased the game within 2 hours of kick off. I emailed them yesterday evening and got a refund today.

Thought Elliott looked decent earlier in the season, even though he was generally playing out of position on the wing. The header he scored against Chorley was fantastic, a proper strikers finish.
The penalty miss during the flood vs Buxton seemed to put a bit of a downer on him and he hasn’t looked the same since. Good hold up play for our second last weekend though. Hopefully a run of games in his preferred position gets him back amongst the goals!

21 with no hints. What do I win?
Guessed Langstaff scored 47, can’t believe he had such a terrible season and only scored 42!
They’ve lost 3 of their last 4 home games, including against City of Liverpool in the Trophy. We need to go out there and give them a spanking after their shithouse antics in the reverse fixtures!
Think Chester will be our main competition come the end of the season.

Really starting to wonder what Clunan brings to our game. He can’t run, can’t tackle, can’t shoot, can’t dribble and most frustratingly, can’t pass forwards.
There were times last night where Solihull knew they could allow him to have the ball with 10 metres of space because in front of him because he would refuse to move into it and immediately look for a backwards or sidewards pass.

Just saw that Fitzsimons, Denton and Butterfield have been selected in the NLN team of the half season. Whilst those three are deservedly selected, another Iron makes the team in the form of Dion Sembie-Ferris!
Just starting to get the feeling back in my toes after being at the game. What a win! Not sure if I’ve ever seen us in the flesh score 5 away from home before. Butterfield was outstanding, and what a save by Fitz from the penalty!

Whatever you do don’t say his name three times.
All four of them three times, or just his latest?

Naming rights have been agreed for GP and also the training pitch. Expect announcements in the next week or two.
Cheers SST. Had a little read up on stadium naming rights for council owned properties and saw that Man City pay their council £2m a year for control of naming rights…which they then get £35m a year for from Etihad Airways. Not a bad markup that!
Excellent news, one of the best outcomes we could have asked for.
Regarding stadium naming rights, since it’s now owned by a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, does that rule out any sort of commercial deal to make some dolla?

Down to -3 overnight Thurs and -4 overnight Fri. Hope they have some decent frost covers as I’ve got my ticket and don’t fancy it being rearranged for a Tues night in Jan/Feb!
Out of interest Sanfran, if Pugh stayed who would you take out of the current team to make room for him?
He’s probably our 6th choice central midfield option behind Butterfield, Scales, Clunan, Shrimpton and Beestin…IMO of course.

Would have liked to have seen Elliott in for Whitehall (agree he’s not doing enough at the minute, 2 goals from open play in his last 15 games) and also Roberts in for Law (another who I don’t think is doing enough to stay in the team at the mo).
Expecting a tight game, will take another scrappy 1-0.
We looked a lot more dangerous when Elliot replaced Whitehall and actually gave their defenders something to worry about. I like Whitehall, but there are too many games where he pretty much offers nothing (he’s scored a whopping 2 goals from open play in the last 15, one apiece in the 6 goal hammerings of Spenny and Bishop’s S).
Elliot needs a run in the team and I reckon he’ll start finding the back of the net on a regular basis.
Yes, that is perfectly understandable…that is until you get to the FAQs which mention a WEEKLY draw to be conducted on Sunday’s.
So what are the prizes being drawn on a weekly basis then qwerty clever clogs?
For those intelligent folk who are obviously capable of reading between the lines then, is the £250 top prize drawn weekly or monthly?
It’s only until you get into the FAQs that a weekly draw is ever mentioned. What’s the difference between this and the monthly draw?
I was about to say Awaywego is either illiterate, a troll, or just plain dim…but he’s right. No mention of a weekly draw in any of the literature until you go through to the FAQs. Here it states monthly draws take place on the 14th and weekly draws take place every Sunday.
So what’s the difference between the monthly/weekly draws? Or are the FAQs just wrong in mentioning a weekly draw?

Sounds alright to me. All of the information one might want or need has been provided:
Plus I make that 5 points dropped largely caused by Fitz trying to be clever and play it out from the back (vs Chorley and last night).

Agree with all of the above, we can’t keep trying to score only after we’ve exceeded 20 plus passes. Get the bloody ball in the box…how many times did we actually give Whitehall an opportunity to attack the ball inside the box? The answer is a big fat zero!
He had a good game against Spennymoor (as did everyone) and scored a good goal. Other than that I don’t think he’s done anything particularly noteworthy.
Just need to concentrate on ourselves…sort our away form out and we’ll be more than capable of winning this league.

It was so bad, amateur hour in comparison to RH commentary…the guy literally couldn’t stop yawning and coughing down his mic.
I see people keep mentioning the points gap to Tamworth. If Spenny win their game in hand we’ll also be chasing them!
We haven’t won away since mid August, something isn’t quite right with our mindset away from home and needs addressing pronto.
We were rubbish, ain’t getting out of this league unless our away from drastically improves (5th in a row without a win). Lucky to hold onto a point at the end.
Over an hour gone and, as far as I can recall, not a single shot on target.

A poor half in which Boston look the better team. Why are we so turgid away from home? It’s like watching a completely different team!

If it’s on the schedule on NLTV then it’ll be on. Whether the feed syncs with Humberside commentary is a different kettle of fish, it’s worked for about 50% of the games I’ve streamed this season!

Yes it’s being shown on there.
