But as a fan I can see Hill isn’t doing a very good job. Does anyone think they couldn’t have done any better than Hill?
Not sure about that one if Hill as no faith in Jarvis over the other Cross up front. And we won’t know if he keeps playing Rory.
“Keep” I would run it on a no debt basis, relying on tickets sales commercial and hospitality to live within the club’s means. Take a back seat and just keep quiet about anything else.
Just look what happens with a different goalie.
Your right on being a fan and Swann is not Ironawe, but makes that more the case not to give the club away, he as no emotional connection like we have, maybe he would sell it for a pound if he could afford to, but the stories and they are only stories that I and others have heard he’s probably financially worse off than most of us. Even if he finishes the 5* hotel, where is it again oh yes Blackpool, would people with a 5* budget really want to go to bloody Blackpool I think not, to be fair he needs all the money he can lay his hands on.
You would Ironawe, but I doubt whether your wife or family would let you do it, it’s oh so easy to spend or give away other peoples money.

Well that’s a start. Grimsby are having an arguably good season and for last couple of months have been yo-yoing between 6th and 8th, so 12th will do for me to build on.
NLI, sorry but I won’t be going, the players don’t deserve my attendance, though one of my grandsons has talked me into going to the last home game, a game which I hope all stayaways will attend if only to show prospective new owners there are fans out there given the right environment.
Your right Deerey I did try at Harrogate and it was an abject failure as a protest. Now you can’t pin that on Swanny, Cox, or the players, they all tried their best for the fans to protest, but no fans were having none of it, if I was their shop steward I would have resigned I wouldn’t represent men who weren’t prepared to take action, and have trust and the resolve for the situation.

Keep.
Never done diplomacy Deerey, I thought you would have twigged that by now. Negotiate yes but never was diplomatic, it seemed to work for me.
To your question Ironawe, if the ground is deemed an “asset of community value” it would make it harder, I believe the trust is trying to do that, anybody got an update? The council could also let it be known that planning permission would be refused for any other use which could put potential suitors off.
Yes they were always behind me Deerey it came down to action, trust and resolve on both sides, which you need, unlike Scunny fans like you say who wouldn’t even walk out at 5-0 down at half time, dare say quite a few clapped the players off as well, have I mentioned that imo Scunny fans are the worse, Lets see how Saturdays protest goes I won’t hold my breath for a success either. Damp Squibb comes to mind.
Have I mentioned before that I was shop steward NI.😁
Don’t and try to move the goalposts LK.

Don’t expect anything else from a woman, that explains the programmes can’t imagine many women collect them.
The CEO hasn’t left, but I wish she would.

Why would you think that Lee is going to be on the fans side? Swanny just given him a well paid job, he’s going to be swannys lap dog to think anything else you must be deluded. Let’s wait and see if he gets rid of Will Swann from his scouting role then I might have some belief in being his own man and being on the fans side.

If he’s still here I hope you are right.
Not everyone fell for it Bobby. But those who did shouldn’t beat themselves up it’s only human nature to be positive.
Popular opinion says we aren’t going to win another game this season, yet a lot of posters want a manager who will have won 2 in 33 games to be here next season, astonishing! why? when most of the same posters have wanted rid of most other managers under Swann with better records.

Nothings changed and looks like that super guy who’s no fool has let you down by joining the Swanns. What ever next?.
Other than Swanny giving Alexander 113 games Bobbins 71 games a good chance to Cox’s 69 your bang on right LK.😂 Lol.
Taking for granted that Swanny will still be here next season, can some of the fans that have stated that they won’t be attending again do a kamikaze protest for the sake of all others, if they end up with a ban it won’t matter to them. “Ask not what Scunthorpe United can do for you ask what you can do for Scunthorpe United”.

I believe to many have got their hopes up all for nothing. Even when (if) he makes an announcement.

Understandable yes,but then said people take offence having to retract and apologize.
That’s fair Case, but what about the letting go of players?
And that’s all Swanny has done in the past the threat was good enough to make them shit their pants.
Until Hill comes out and says the players were sold without his say-so, we have to assume otherwise and that it was his choice to let them go, after all Hill is supposed to be his own man. And Swanny is letting him ostracize Jarvis, if your right FI that’s another reason why we don’t want him here next season.
