Noticed that myself the other day Samways, thought maybe they were ones that Scunthorpe had sold to Peterborough ex pats, but when you go on there web site nothing, no ticket info for home or away games, made me smile when clicking their “what’s on page” and that was blank as well, did you notice one person sitting by himself how sad.
Reagan Ogle scored on his debut alas it was only a friendly, rare as rocking horse shite with him.
Agree Deerey they shouldn’t, but when some of them have had circa 8+ cans on the train before hitting the pubs they often need a little coaching, 3 of the Mullet wearer’s all had case fulls with them, most get embarrassing rather than causing trouble.
Hayes 3rd spell at Mansfield?

Didn’t see it myself, afraid an away day nackers me nowadays and was in bed for 10,30, sorry for anyone who received serious abuse.

Bottesford? Did Hilton not rate it for us to train on? he wants the best and I get that but if your playing on lower grade plastic surely train on them.
Rather than another thread. Hilton did a pre match interview on radio Humberside, found it on tuther side for anyone who missed it. Thread by a Dean Harrison
Ilkeston had a nice 4g pitch, if they can have one what’s stopping all the others?
There was one fan on the pitch and was a young lad who threw the smoke bomb hardly an excuse for stopping selling beer in the ground, a number of the grown blokes were in there wethers before half nine they got the 8 o’clock train, probably a hundred or more before any of their other pubs open who’s going to turn that trade down. What each individual gets out of their day is up to them if they act against the law then they will sometimes pay the price they go and watch Scunthorpe united and have done throughout the years, perhaps the chaplain and a few others should steward them. Just a thought!
Ps, Hilton came for a drink in whethers but he left around 1 o’clock so I don’t think he was involved.
The post about their wetherspoons utter shite we were in in there from 11am and no shite in or outside the place, police rocked up in numbers at the ground when we parked up, they new well over a hundred were on the train and were going to meet them god knows why they didn’t put them all in the whethers the nearest pub to the ground with only a lidl to pass on the way to the ground no houses no nothing just a pleasant walk shame it was drizzling but I guess they know best.
Nasty conditions? and What was so awful about the pitch?
Sorry Mick you know who I mean still getting my head round who’s playing.
Over 2000 tickets sold for the Peterborough game already, let’s hope they keep the east stand shut to keep the crowd down below 2000 would seem the fairest option.
And there was me thinking you used to go in one of the hooligan vans SNOT. Sure they’ll get their banning orders though.
Oh dear, absolutely crap performance no better than how we finished last season, goalie shouldn’t have been beaten at his near post and how many times did he kick the ball out of play he looked very nervous went off at halftime shaking his head, where was the defending to let the fatboy defender in on our goal bloody clueless should really have been 2 down if not 3 at halftime and very very lucky not to be booed off, slight improvement second half and I mean slight fans screaming at Dean all game to be more positive every man in the box for their corners embarrassing plenty would have been calling for his head tonight instead of singing Jimmy deans army, the win hides alot let’s hope it was a one off. Jimmy needs to find a place for Whitehouse from the start

What rumour lol?
Pat is an ilkeston fan WG but also a scunny fan he goes to some off our games, everyone is welcome here or so they say, evidently so because Swanny was allowed a voice, cods come on here and no fuss is made very strange why people just don’t seem to take to Pat lol.
Rumour has it wethers have run out of eggs and bacon what the hell.
Top post II winner winner chicken dinner, you can’t lose there.
So why isn’t in print, if it were true what’s the problem a safety advisory group limit us to 2000, why keep it secret, what’s any of us going to do about it other than moan, and who are posters going to moan about will it be the council for putting the limit on in the first place or shall we blame that nasty little man Hilton, answers on a postcard.
There is no current situation it’s just a rumour.
Once more, Siderite, the club announced where the SAG inspection would affect the fans on the 21st of July. Why would people expect them to announce something more 15 days later?
Still better to try and win rather than trying not to lose, Les NI, if only scunny had tried the same over the past 3 seasons, In Stokes we trust well at least till it goes totally wrong.
And what is incoming today Deerey?
And to be fair I doubt whether SAG would drip feed what improvements they needed doing, and Scunny told us about the director box one on the 21st of July. The club don’t need to quell rumors they’d never have the time, scunny give more info out than most if not all non lge clubs.
A await with great anticipation at the really big announcement that Deerey alluded to.
Definitely tripe about the capacity, 13/14 days since the SAG inspection and it’s only come out yesterday about the capacity really, and like I said we’ve already played a game since then with more than 2000 there. The SAG inspection is a council inspection all councils have to do them if they have stadia most like us will have minor infringements and even then if they have clubs have time to rectify them, the iron trust chairman is a councilor surely Tony would have said something, the club can get stewards whenever needed, they did last year surely everyone saw them they where mainly afro Caribbean looking from Leeds, must have been at least 50 of them.
But Pat’s a Scunny fan SNOT, maybe not his number one club but still a fan.
Pat embarrassing himself really! when you and SNOT are keeping an eye when Pat is logged in but not posting, not only is it embarrassing it’s more than a little sad to be honest. Ps Pat is only 64 and his career hopefully far from over and he’s hardly likely to retire doing something he loves.
