Have they received a fine from the FA yet?

April 15, 2026 at 10:46 am #319422An excellent question!
April 15, 2026 at 11:22 am #319423This is another tricky one to predict with Scunny in ” assured play offs mindset” and what team will Mr Butler pick ???
Wstone playing for pride but im sure the AAGP episode earlier in the season will have been simmering on the back burner and they would love to get one over us.
They are in decent form especially at home and by all reports very unlucky to loose away at Rochdale where they were the better side but missed chances.
Southend playing ominously well hitting form at just the right time need to avoid them and Carlisle IMOSo sorry guys im guessing Butler may tinker with the line up again and its another negative IFA with 2-0 loss prediction.

April 15, 2026 at 6:39 pm #319441I predict we will lose at Wealdstone, beat Eastleigh and finish 7th by virtue of our poorer goal difference.
Most likely face a trip to Boreham Wood in the QF.
April 15, 2026 at 7:15 pm #319446A 2-0 win. Surely we must put in a decent performance soon – it might as well be the next game!!
April 15, 2026 at 7:21 pm #319447And I predict that Southend wont want to let that 7th place go.
Not if they have the fans interests at heart anyway, and unless Scunny overhaul Boreham wood.
Chance to rest their players with no detriment to them, unlike when Butler rested ours, 5th place for us is certainly not a given.April 15, 2026 at 10:25 pm #319452Wealdstone 2-2 Scunthorpe if we are at full strength.
Wealdstone 2-0 Scunthorpe if we field a weakened team.
April 16, 2026 at 9:16 am #319462The problem being that the manager does not accept that resting, for example, Roberts, Whitehall, Rowley, JB, Westbrooke will weaken the team.

You make it sound like it’s not a regular occurrence for them 😂

Yep save your money unless you want superfan points
April 17, 2026 at 10:22 am #319496Definitely should say safe but maybe my subconscious after witnessing the poor showing at Gateshead was just offering advice
April 17, 2026 at 11:16 am #319497They’ve nothing to play for in the league and have a Wembley final to look forward to. Could be that they’ll rest a few?
April 17, 2026 at 11:57 am #319498Give Kevin Maher’s pre Halifax interview a listen, chalk and cheese comes to mind, when it comes to team selection. (Resting a few)

Never really got a chance with us.
April 17, 2026 at 3:58 pm #319510I see the toxic legacy member, DeereyMe, is launching a pile on against the Wealdstone raider now. When will the Bru bully boys stop?

April 17, 2026 at 8:49 pm #319523I’m looking forward to seeing the 66 cup winning squad at the game tomorrow.
April 18, 2026 at 1:14 pm #319536Fail to win today and we will be away at Southend in the play offs.
The worry is AB’s plan for 5th wont come to fruition. Aim for 3rd come 5th, aim for 5th come 7th. Like playing for a point doesn’t work!!April 18, 2026 at 1:30 pm #319537Fail to win today and we could be away at Boreham Wood.
Probably better than Southend away and the winners then to face Carlisle rather than York or Rochdale.
We have only lost 3 out of 18 games to other top 7 sides but 2 of those have been to Carlisle. No doubting though their quality is significantly lower than that of York or Rochdale.April 18, 2026 at 1:54 pm #319538Southend currently racking up the goals!
April 18, 2026 at 2:06 pm #319539At least he’s starting with the first team.
April 18, 2026 at 4:16 pm #319540Glad I couldn’t be arsed to turn up at Wealdstone today.
Seems like most of the players feeling the same way.
April 18, 2026 at 5:07 pm #319541Sounded a real bore fest on Humberside, main concern Roberts off injured, fingers crossed he will be ok for the playoffs.
