Totally agree, we are in serious trouble. Really can not see how we will get enough wins to stay up. Only one man to blame for this.

To be honest I’ve got big respect for Hill I think he took on probably the worst management job in football last season and he’s stuck with it when many would have walked with all the complications of that loan and the ownership issues. I hope he really shows us what he is made of this season. UTI

Having just read Turnbulls statement I agree with you. All great ideas for fan and community engagement something that has been sadly lacking for several years. I do keep asking myself why Swann wasn’t making an effort 2 or 3 years ago to sell the club when he had clearly lost interest.

I’m sure it was stated by our former chairman last season that we could not afford to slip or should I say plummet into the national league as we could not compete financially. On the evidence of current signings or lack of signings it would seem he was telling the truth. My only hopes for next season is that we avoid another relegation or going out of business. I also know Keith is getting a hard time and his record is shocking but I can’t see how anyone could do any better with the hand he has been dealt or who would want the job. One thing about him is he is certainly a gluten for punishment. He stated at the end of December after we beat Oldham that we needed to finish the transfer window with a stronger squad than when we started it and that clearly did not happen. I would suspect the current squad we are left with is the weakest in the history of Scunthorpe United by a long, long way and it’s absolutely heartbreaking what has happened.

What happened to Taft. He was immense when on loan especially during that bizarre 4 game winning streak last year and now appears to be garbage.

Glad I didn’t go to witness our final humiliation in the football league. Will this be our worst ever defeat to top off our worst ever season. What a shite 2 years!
