I think Torquay players will be above our budget.
Rodriguez possibly.
I think it depends who the new signings are, we will probably find out when they announce the new strip in early July when training restarts and a few new faces as well, goalkeeper at the end of August when Neil loses faith with our number one.
When all the best players have left.

With all the land the club or owners company owns how many houses could be built on it.

You look for some strange YouTube videos Burny.
It sounds like we are going to have the lowest budget in the division, so with no match day programme either it looks like the Covid hit us hard, pity it didn’t hit other clubs as well.

unlikely to happen but not ruled out completely.
But is taking the knee actually working, I don’t like racism and would never boo at players taking the knee but I would prefer they didn’t do it, it certainly hasn’t stopped racism on social media and certainly believe people who do racially abuse other races should be prosecuted, and Iron-awe I never mentioned dancing
I have no objection for solidarity against racism, I am all for it but why do we have to do it the American way everytime, doesn’t one countries Rugby team link arms instead, to me that looks better.
If it is like three seasons ago we will probably have to postpone one because we haven’t enough players.
Anyway exciting times ahead, we are having a circus.
Borthwick-Jackson v Charlton, one was a worldy.
we also had Brian Laws and Nigel Adkins in charge.
Why would the restaurant be off limits now?
Thought they’d all reopened. They have around us!
it isn’t by the website and they aren’t advertising on Twitter NI.
It’s June, you should know the club disappears off the map in May and June apart from Season Tickets and Restaurant, and that must be off limits at the moment,
Oates looks good but he is playing up against Webster who made a few forwards look good during his time here.
Certainly not as good as Bob NI.
Not true, Webster came on in the second half when it was 3-0, so Oates didn’t score against him.
Would love us to sign Oates, but probably be on more at Hartlepool, but all the Hartlepool team looks better than we had last season both tactically and ability, I love to see Scunthorpe play attacking football but that hasn’t happened very often since 3 months before Alexander left.

With what has gone on this last 15 months they may have realised if they left it might be on lower wages elsewhere, that’s if they can get another club, so a lower wage might be better than the dole, I still can imagine a lot of players at clubs begging to go back to their old clubs in the next few weeks, including possibly some of ours if we would have them back.
There has been a lot of good players been released.I think the thread needs retitling to unexciting week ahead.

maybe have signed, probably not, but anyway will be announced with the new strip in the second week of July, with a new keeper signed on transfer deadline day.

And getting a penalty that clearly wasn’t one!
ref must have been confused, Red shirts White shorts and Black socks, it must be something about that colour strip that gets dodgy penalties.
your hatred of Newcastle is worse than mine with Manchester United.

still a ex Iron who plays in the Premier League.
Jacob Murphy of Newcastle couldn’t get a regular start either and only started 3 games when he was here, surprised Northumbiron hasn’t mentioned him.
I bought mine today saving me a extra £38 but if it had been £228 like it normally is for early bird I think I would have jacked in, so I am giving it one more season but if it’s as bad as the last 3 I will stop getting one next season and will just go to games depending on the weather and how we are playing, I am getting too old for 35 mile round trips in cold rainy or snowy weather.

Cass, exciting is not the Scunthorpe way anymore.
It’s possible that a fee is payable because he isn’t a full pro and still a youth player, being out of contract but offered a full time deal, or it wouldn’t be fair on small clubs if players are stolen, it will probably only be a few thousand.
I would never have imagined Sam Johnstone in the England Squad when he was here, Ramsdale reminds me of Rory W, makes great saves but doesn’t inspire confidence, also relegation follows him about.
I haven’t for the last 3 seasons but we aren’t yet in the same boat as some of these clubs, but on a smaller basis of size and support we are running down like Portsmouth did, but haven’t got to the stage of Bury or Rushden & Diamonds.
