Anyway we won 2-1

If they are getting paid a good wage I don’t think they are bothered looking at the players Stockport and Wrexham have signed
The triallists might also be free agents

Hill staying is great as long as we give it a real go if we get relegated to get back up, I don’t know about you lot but whatever division we are in I am fed up of losing virtually every game and the last 3 years have been a nightmare

The talk by Charlie Wilson is a centre back and 2 strikers, with one being impressive if it comes off.
Just had a look at their forum and their fans don’t look impressed.
BREAKING: #gtfc have announced a profit of £195,505 for the financial year ending May 31st 2021.
Despite turnover being down just over 20% due to the pandemic and loss of matchday income, this was partially offset by income from live streaming and Government support schemes.
So why have we made such a pigs ear out of it?

Even with the embargo of the number of players we can have isn’t the wages for 3 months going to be above limits, though I don’t care, it would be great have a good 3 months instead of hanging on like grim death like the last 3 previous seasons
He won’t come here, he had a first hand look at us last Tuesday and that would put him off.
Who was concussed
How was we allowed to use 4 subs
probably cheaper to pay them off and hope to keep league status, whether we stay up or not having a real go and winning some games would help.
someone on Twitter says there is a lad from Birmingham coming in, a 19 year old called Nico Gordon played 4 times in the Championship, can play defense or midfield, don’t know if it is true.
we certainly can’t sign him permanent without Swindon releasing him, don’t think that will be a problem, same them a wage for someone else.
And hopefully come back stronger.
Perry has only just come back from a baddish injury, not sure about Wood but he played well in the first half last night.

Jarvis has had got Covid for the third time
Beestin has had Long Covid so not fully fit
Millen, Thompson and Bunn are injured
Hallam is Hallam, long layoff, back for a game and injured again, but did survive his cameo on Saturday
Kenyon has been injured but may be goingwe have been down to the bare bones
we certainly are too lightweight all over the pitch, too many small players in both areas and you need a balance of big and muscle because it is no good having pace if the forwards are not winning balls in the air and midfield are getting over run, we need a Bishop or Dawson in midfield, and Nuttall is a big lad and Feeney is a 6 footer, we need to win 10 games to have a realistic chance.
but if we go down we need to see an improvement up to the end of the season or supporters are going to give up, and if we do go down we don’t want the Chairman saying we have the lowest budget in the National League,
according to James Moody it was the agent holding up Nuttall but without names said there was hopefully more coming with departures.
Rory played well and Wood for the first half and Burns had a good game but the performance was a shambles after their first goal until injury time, same story of pretty football and then a weak pass to the opposition, but until those 2 goals we never looked like scoring, very disappointing and I think we are certainties for the drop.

30 odd games for Mansfield is better than 20 odd games for Hemel Hemstead or German 4th tier, it’s a start.

I don’t think they can do gentleman’s agreements anymore, but hope he doesn’t play.
Nuttall was sat next to Earl Priestly on Saturday apparently
