I am happy in this moment, that we have a new chairperson, who is actually an Iron fan. So I won’t encourage any interrogation unless something actually appears to be wrong.
I will not ask others to do the same, but please go a little easier for now. Whatever happens The Iron must survive.
Good luck to the lads for the Brackly match. Hopefully things have happed behind the scenes that will make them more settled now.

I figured it out in the end, him using the derogatory word people used to call disabled people was the last straw.

A great birthday present for me, to know that The Iron are safe. Hopefully now Swann (Coolsilk) will sell us back Glanford Park.

This is one hell of a relief!
Thank you Michele and others, this is what we needed. A new club owner who is known to be an Iron fan.
I just hope everyone lets her get on with her work. We no longer require any ‘bystanders’ of any kind.

Did he buy those plots of land in his own name, or do they belong to our club? We know Swanny will never allow us to maintain Glanford Park, not even for a reasonable price.
I’ll never trust a new club owner again, sick of sticking my neck out for dishonest dead beats.

Ok so the majority of fans on this message board are against David Hilton. But the majority of the football club’s fans are not members of Bru. The Facebook page is pro Hilton, and personally, so am I.
I get the feeling there are some on here who would see the club go down the drain, just because they don’t like or trust the chairman.
It really is quite sad…
