I started this forum some weeks ago, I think we have established many different oppions on the subject and I respect everyones right to theirs. First of all I am not irate, unlike yourself and others on this site I fully in controll of my emotions. However as a paying customer I have every right to question the quality of the service I receive and how its presented to me.
