Leeds fan were not particularly complementary about him.
But then again they weren’t particularly complementary about Andy Keown or Jermaine Beckford so what do they know.

While one who sings with his tongue on fire
Gargles in the rat race choir
Bent out of shape from society’s pliers
Cares not to come up any higher
But rather get you down in the hole that he’s in.

The only early song where he seems to give an opinion is in Masters of War, or was he speaking from a third person? You could never tell with Bob, and he wasn’t going to tell you.
Loved his early work, and no, he wasn’t a Judas.

Also remembered for “Constipation Blues” 😂

Not sure if I can take Screaming J Hawkins seriously, but then again, neither could he.

At the risk of being disqualified.

Bob Dylan was heavily influenced by the Clancy Brothers in his early years although the song was probably Scottish in origin.

It all started going wrong with the phasing out of the bartering system.
    That was pretty cashless.

Money. Money, Money, so what if your not allowed to be gay in Saudi or women get treat shite, £700,000 a week is adequate for you to go against your principals, sure your 2 daughters will look up to you in years to come in more ways than one.

I agree wholeheartedly with your assesment of the greed of some premiership players, and from other leagues in Europe.
But do I detect a certain amount of glee that it is a Liverpool player?
There are much younger players willing to accept the Saudi Riyal.
The Saudis are infecting world sport and we’re just sitting back and accepting it. Don’t blame the players, especially at the autumn of their careers, blame the Saudis.
