Nobody,what do you mean by authority?
White or whatever he is called stressed he had a lease yet his actions suggest otherwise , putting up signed , locking gates to keep the “owner” out . Funny thing is they locked the gate and I just saw a car from the shopping center try to get out , so I guess the other gate is open
