Understand you’ve got to release some form of statement to appease the FA but that is complete garbage.
He’s lost the supporters now.

What’s your source for what they can afford?
Swann wants 3.5mill for the club, stadium e.t.c. Elliot gave an interview the other night stating he could pay what Swann wanted but then would need to factor in the running of the club.
If they comfortably had the money needed then it would have been bought before now.
Listen to the interview if you haven’t already.
Then why was an offer accepted in December ? They would’ve had to demonstrate proof of funds there and then.
From what I gather Sharpe and co could pay the 3.5 million for the club but then there wouldn’t be enough money to pay tax bill off and other things e.g player and staff wages. I think that’s around their budget for the club and running costs to see us through the season and I’m sorry but that’s not enough money.
Swann wants 3.5 mill for the training ground, stadium and so on and he’s not budging.
Elliot stated he could pay it but needs to factor in running costs as well. Elliot followed with the Ferrari analogy and needing petrol to run it.
If Swann knocks some off it they may have a shot but I can’t see it.

Cox shouldn’t be an expert summariser when he was absolutely clueless as a manager- way out of his depth.
The fact he thought fans stopped any momentum when it was Woking piling on the pressure sums it up.

We was having the upper hand.Looking to fight back. After this the players lost the plot. The game came close
To be called off. Would they have paid the fine the club would have received from there pocket money ?Looking to fight back? Jesus wept

Certainly got plenty of attention; Good lads.

Beaten by a superior side; Organised, tough and took their chances. Their centre backs were excellent and limited us to scraps.
Not downhearted by the effort, just wish Swann would fuck off so we can start rebuilding our club.

Not making me many friends on Twitter it seems; Slating the Elliot bid and offering a form of blackmail by saying he won’t invest if it’s a toxic environment.
Barring a couple of fairly subdued protests he’ll find most supporters have put up with more than their fair share of shite whilst Swann does as he pleases.
I have no objections with someone other than the local consortium taking over, but is it really too much to ask for someone who hasn’t left carnage in their wake at other clubs?

yeah but only the trust get flak.
This is odd ,if I am reading it right,it’s for an 11k stadium? It’s looks like the original redevelopment plans – planning must have expired/expiring.
They held a consultation at the ground where supporters could look at plans a few years back
County fans are on Twitter warning us about this Hardy.
Will honestly be gutted if we sell to him or Smurfwaite. As the county fan states, we may aswell go bust because the supporters won’t buy into another sociopath on an ego trip.

The Codheads are desperate for a striker by the sounds of it, wouldn’t be surprised to see Lavery end up there.
5.2million is the price listed in the books 3.5million is the asking price from Swann.

Well they still look to be correct. So it looks like the transfer of land to Coolsilk was all about cashing in. We also now know the reasons with the revelations from Kieran Maguire.
£3.5million will clear off remaining gambling debts and help in his battle with Blackpool council.
So it is 5million as stated in the accounts and not the fantasy figure of 900k Awayswego was suggesting.
No

There is an upcoming Iron Trust AGM in February Mk, perhaps worth mentioning there or sending them an email beforehand ?
John is usually prompt with replies.

Don’t blame anyone for protesting or disrupting the game on Saturday. If anything it should have been done a lot earlier.

Please explain Sanfran what is Dennis’s intentions to do with the ground and car park bare in mind the land is only worth 900.000 pounds? Unless he just wants to hold on to it like the Rotherham owner did, maybe he’ll just do it for devilment.
On our accounts it states the freehold land buildings are worth £5.2million.
I may be reading that wrong but where does 900k come from?
Our immediate danger will be cash flow. With no transfer sales is there enough in the kitty for January’s wages?
In decades to come people will remember this man’s legacy; he can run whatever narrative he want, but ultimately he’s the man who’s brought the club near to extinction. He should hang his head in shame.

Agreed CMC. People you think we are better off being bought by the likes of Smurfwaite and then sold for a profit in years to come need to get their head out of the clouds.
What would we be saying to Rochdale or Crawley fans if Swann was sniffing around their clubs?
I remain to be convinced by Pugh, can’t fault his work rate but doesn’t offer enough for me. Hope to be proven wrong.
Thought Wilson produced some fine play yesterday, best game for us by some distance.
I know you’re quite clued on the youth teams Sanfran, keep an eye on a lad called Christian Catchpole- meant to be a classy player.
On the contrary, the vast majority of our supporters have stuck by this team despite being probably the worst in our history.
The supporters as a whole deserve credit, constantly backing the team despite knowing we will probably get beat and still keeping a 3k average.

Proper performance that today, plaudits are deserved all round. Lavery has probably secured himself another deal elsewhere so fair play to him, he was class.
I’ve Been highly critical of Taft and Boyce but it shows when they have a good game how it can spread across the side.
Much better Under Nelson anyway, I just hope we don’t have to wait months for another performance like it.
You know full well Swann will sell to him out of spite rather than the local consortium.

You think Turnbull took the Job on for a chance of a 6 month redundancy pay out?
Lee will not resign as he would be out of work and lose any pay off he would get when the Club goes bust !
It’s bullshit like this I’m on about.
There’s a lot of hysteria being whipped up at the minute- especially on Twitter. People winding each other up and baying for blood.
I saw some of the abuse Wright was receiving and it was unjustified, no matter how you try and narrate it.
Same goes for Turnbull aswell; Good people trying to do impossible jobs.

Lionel Perez: Was right behind that save he made against Blackpool in the division 3 days.
Court documents relating to the defence by Apollo Bookmakers (AB) Ltd in the claim from Scunthorpe owner Peter Swann (PS)
AB say they were regularly audited & had no complaints from customers pic.twitter.com/xHYvSLZeHK
