He’s got a experienced keeper NI, shame he’s not up to it though, chairman said he would be our goalie last year, but Cox deemed otherwise after giving him 7 games, can’t imagine he’s changed his mind.

Well alot on here seem to think we’re making many signings this week on the back of what Swanny has said, I think you will be proved wrong, and it will be Cox who gets his way.

And how quickly fortunes can change, 4 years ago Sunderland were in the premiership and Gimp’s were non league. Funny old game.

Are we talking about that club who have spent 6 of the last 10 in non league?. Or the other 1 that have just entered the non league? I suspect the latter if your praising Swann.

BS let me put it in perspective, it would upset me more if you stop going than if Scunny get relegated to non lge and I don’t even know you from Adam, fans like you and Mick are the backbone of our club and it is your club not Swannys, you don’t all of a sudden become a Scunny fan at 45 by buying the club, 70 years you’ve been going so don’t let Swanny,Cox,Novac or anyone else stop you from going, you’ve put the hard yards in just see it out to the end it won’t kill you.

Hopper’s record this season in a good Lincoln side is only has good as Lofts both scored 8 apiece in regular season, and loft was in a piss poor side who very rarely attacked, next season we need a forward far better than there scoring stats. But wow come the playoffs Hopper’s goals could be worth there weight in gold, well done shame it was for the gimp’s. We’ve more than done about Wootton wish the lad every success.

Cox said it will be late assembling the the team lesgeo, isn’t it good that we have a manager that ignores what Swanny says?.

Hayes bashing? Deerey, I just said he was a money grabbing b after leaving for a second time, did I boo him when coming on or on the field of play no,did I celebrate all his goals yes, did I make money on him been first goalscorer at Man city and Chelsea indeed I did 18to1 at city, did I say on this thread he would have been hero worshipped for years to come had he stayed, so if all that means I’ve been bashing Hayes I will old my hands up.

And now that’s clear lol. Haysey did say the Mansfield goal was is best goal ever, proud of his goals at Man city, Chelsea and spurs, but the Mansfield was as sweet as a nut.

You say he’s still around Deerey, hope he doesn’t make his fourth debut, but then again what I heard about last year’s team he’d walk straight back in. Ps it was well publicised at the time about Preston , Scunny telegraph published 6 days a week early and late editions, but did have to research about how bad they were and did forget it was only 4days after him joining they were issued with a winding up order.

Course he earnt is moves he was a great player but Imo he should have stayed and shown some loyalty like Joe Murphy did, my dislike only begun when he joined morally and financially corrupt Preston, when they took him on they were £20 million plus in debt in 2010, with a tax winding up order shares suspended on the stock exchange, but they got lucky and so did Haysey when Hemmings bailed them out.

No company offered you more money unless you were head-hunted MK, you must have been seeking employment elsewhere for them to offer more, and it’s not quite the same has been a footballer is it, as a footballer you should want to achieve and not just be in it for the money, no young lad starts off that way.

Where’s your romance gone NI, a final abroad are what dreams are made of, if it had been played at Wembley Chelsea fans wouldn’t even need a day off work to attend. Just look at the national League clubs their gutted there playoff final has been moved from Wembley to Ashton gate, fans and players alike, you are right about the mockery of the competition bring back the European cup one team from each country would put it right.

He left for Barnsley and failed to impress left or Preston and failed to impress, was the grass greener elsewhere no, did he get the big bucks yes, well done Haysy, Scunthorpe kick started his career twice and he showed no loyalty. I thought when Wharton was chairman everything was rosy was he playing silly buggers as well and not offering contract’s? like Swanny is perceived to do. Glad Swanny pissed him off when he let him go after helping us win promotion. A sense of karma for me.

Most of my views are strange to most people Ferrite, I don’t do it to be ackward they are just my views. The first time Haysy left fair enough, but then we got him back after been a poor squad player at Barnsley, but then to leave us for Preston for the big bucks and go into obscurity for the rest of his career when he could have been leading our forward line for another 7 or 8 years and been hero worshipped, very sad.
