Two or three reviews said over priced, but probably cheaper than the iron bar well for spirits at least, sure Deerey would appreciate the tapas.

Agree with all except the third sentence, it’s the football on show that will keep me away from the sand’s siro. The stay away fans may be assisting Swanny into lowering his expectations of what the club can realise.

Yes hardly an unusual occurrence at Anfield they have one nearly every other week if it’s not Hillsborough or Heysel its for some Scouser getting murdered by one of their own, then of course there are the shirts old ones with 96 respect on back of the neck new one’s with 97, Ps I forgot they don’t do anything to remember Heysel heho.

And how many times have we heard,”Who would want this job” “Administration” “Liquidation” “Swanny out” “Supported the club for 70 years” “Did I ever tell you I was a shop steward” if note else we’re predictable.

You don’t have to wait for administration to start a phoenix club, FC United of Manchester did it, if people hate Swanny that much you’d think they would do that, and leave the real Scunny to everyone else, big whoargh going on in Bury at the moment some want Bury and the phoenix club to merge lots of Bury fans won’t have it and have been protesting, kids games at Radcliffe where AFC bury play cancelled due to he protests,so it’s not all milk and honey out there.

The government web page, “putting your company into administration” does state that you need to be in debt first before going into admin, and the company cannot be wound up while in administration lol, the only person who as threatened the club with admin or liquidation was St Wharton has Swanny mentioned it lol.

Administration of is getting into more and more threads isn’t it exiting, the mods should be pushing Matt to have a podcast about it maybe asking one how it all works, Has Swann ever said anything about administration? Lol.

Why would the administrator want to void the lease when he’s trying to sell the club on? Dah, remember Swann has no say in anything once the administrator is appointed not even the bank account. Remember the administrator won’t be a numpty like many on here.

You know it’s 999 years, in print. There has to be an agreement both are 2 limited companies they have to deal with legalities, unless of course Swanny is an astute business man and is above the law. Might have said that all before but he ho I’ll keep reminding everyone of it.

Ps the administrator would also need paying out of the assets, admin is certainly no sliver bullet for Swanny or us.

Once you go into admin Deerey the owner is excluded, the administrator takes charge of everything other than managing the football team, it is meant as a last resort when you can’t pay your debts, the admin then has the duty of selling off the assets to get a good a deal for the creditors,( obviously Swanny will be one of them) this process will do very well to pay creditors 75p in the pound often much less. Which would you do sell and be in control during the process or hand over everything to the administrator? of course if he’s absolutely desperate he may be forced to do it. WG is right on the ground.

I do hope so Cliff admin would bring things to an head, take the 12point penalty and have done with it, said buyers lurking around can then deal with the administrator and get the club for less than Swann wants and could get if he sells, Daws can play his kids team and get them ready for Nln should have well gelled by next season. Happy days all round and an end to all this admin liquidation talk. Amen.

It that’s the case MK he won’t be able to afford to sell at the moment. He can just hold on to it, no skin off his nose not like he’s turning up or putting any money into the club anymore.

And your source MK? That he’s asking 2 or 3 times it’s real value, the ground and land valued at £5 million (club account’s) so I guess upwards of that, ready made business and all.

In that case let’s hope Swanny just holds onto the club until someone is interested, that was always my fear that there would be no one out there who would want lickle old Scunthorpe. But you Alcy assured us there would be.

Blackpool likely to recall him and move him somewhere else if we carry on the way we’re playing.
