As featured on podcasts, West Ham haven’t had the strongest start to the new Premier League campaign. Additionally, anger over the owners won’t go away, leaving many Hammers fans wishing they could change the club’s fortunes from within. That’s where games like Football Manager come in handy, with supporters being able to take charge of the team.
The latest version of the game, Football Manager 26, is currently dominating discussions on social media and in the terraces. Alongside exploring other popular gaming products, such as Candy Crush Saga and online craps games like First Person Craps, diving into FM26 is an understandable preference for many supporters, particularly given the title’s new Unity engine and an array of other fresh features.
However, in order to increase your chances of success while managing the Hammers, you’ll probably need to unearth some young talent. It certainly helps bring in some much-needed funds to the club, and it’s something West Ham have always done, going back to the days of Frank Lampard and Rio Ferdinand. So, without further ado, below are six top young players to sign for West Ham in FM26.
Jofre Torrents (Barcelona)
Aged 18 and with plenty of promise, Jofre Torrents has the ability to become a big player for the Hammers. After coming through Barcelona’s esteemed academy, he’s a player with a good education in the game who would surely jump at the chance of Premier League football, although a loan move is probably more realistic in the early stages of your game.
Willy Kambwala (Villarreal)
Over the years, Spanish side Villarreal has had some excellent young players within their ranks. The latest player catching the eye is Willy Kambwala, a centre-back who is also a great option on FM26. Aged 20 and with bags of ability, Willy Kambwala is worth scouting.
Endrick (Real Madrid)
It’s no secret the Hammers need to add goals to the team. While it would be a real coup to get him through the door, signing Endrick on-loan from Real Madrid could be a viable option as the game progresses. With minutes expected to be limited at the Spanish giants, the young Brazilian forward could fancy a stint in England. Should he do well, then a more permanent move could be on the cards.
Nico Paz (Como)
While you’ll undoubtedly face competition for Nico Paz’s signature, snapping up the Como star isn’t completely out of the question given the pulling power of the Premier League. The young Argentinian attacker has been standing out under Cesc Fabregas in the Italian top flight this season and he has the ability to become a world-class operator in FM26. With West Ham crying out for some attacking quality in the final third, Nico Paz is a player worth going all out for.
Vitor Roque (Palmeiras)

Brazilian football is always a good place to look when looking to unearth the next big thing, and while Vitor Roque isn’t exactly unknown, the Palmeiras attacker has a point to prove in Europe after struggling to make the breakthrough at Barcelona.
Ayyoub Bouaddi (Lille)
Ayyoub Bouaddi is a player the vast majority of fans probably aren’t aware of, but the Lille midfielder has an incredibly high ceiling in the game. Aged just 18, the French youngster is being monitored by some of the biggest clubs around in the real world and he has the potential to become one of the best players in Football Manager 2026. If you’re looking for a midfielder to dominate matches, improve immensely, and potentially sell on for huge money, then Ayyoub Bouaddi is a player worth looking at.
